“Pet's Best has been great for our youngest black laborador who unfortunately required surgery for elbow dysplasia. He had already developed arthirtis in the joint and has been receiving long term physical therapy and pain management. Pet's Best has been excellent with communcation, the EOBs are straightforward and it has been a welcome relief to deal with a reputatble pet insurance company after a previous bad experience with pet insurance from a different provider.”

“My premiums go higer every year and the wellness bill is relativly the same yet you cover less and less. I will be shopping.”

“I highly recommend Pets Best to everyone I know because they have proven to be excellent at ensuring your pets receive the best care possible. Their communication is great, and they thoroughly review every single claim, being very fair when it comes to covering expenses. We have three dogs and two cats, all of whom are insured with Pets Best. They offer extremely good coverage, and the premiums are affordable. I give them a 10 out of 10!”

“On the most current claim, it was processed within two days which is fantastic. Would seem they have increased staffing or improved their system recently. Overall, out experience has been OK since the last renewal of the policy. Give them a try!”

“Claims are handled efficently and quickley. I have never hd an issue with submitting a claim. If i ever had to call them, they answer the phones promptly and the staff is extreamly polite”

“I have had Pet's best insurance since my Frenchie and Labradoodle where 10 weeks old. Everyone told me Frenchies have health issues so get it. Then when we got the labradoodle my husband wanted insurance on his pup too-thank goodness. A year and a half ago he started having seizures-he was admitted into the hospital 3 months in a row and then they seemed to be maintained with meds but would occasionally have 1 or 2. Unfortunately he recently went to doggie heaven as his brain could not take it anymore. After his medical claim was established it was very easy and quick to get reimbursed by Pet's best straight to my bank account-after initial claim and deductible paid I would be paid 90% of his hospital and meds within a couple days. These are the 1st pets I had insurance on but with the cost of dog care I will not own a dog without it. I definitely will go to Pets Best.”

“I haven't tried other insurances but I feel like there is no need. All claims are quickly reviewed and paid out as anticipated. I have nothing but positive things to say and plan on remaining with petsbest for my current dog and future pets.”

“Turn around time very slow. Had the wrong info to ask my veterinarian. Even though all receipts had email and phone numbers. Were not processed properly and declined at first due to your errors. Had to contact pets best and wait for very long time. I work for this veterinarian and will think twice before I recommend. My price also skyrocketed. Also will think about next pet insurance for puppy in future. I have a lower cost through my veterinarian as I work for them so feel I should get a lower cost for insurance as you also don’t have to pay full fees.”
