“We appreciate being able to order your products directly, as we desire to not use Amazon. The order was easy to make and arrived as promised, packed professionally.”

“The customer service lady I spoke to was VERY HELPFUL!!! I had to phone back having had trouble completing my order. Again, she was patient and walked me thru to completion. She's a KEEPER. What you really need is a sales staff. I live half way between Milwaukee and Green Bay and searched online and by phone trying to find your chipmunk traps and no one had them.”

“People here are very nice and when I had trouble ordering on line they straightened it out for me. Then I got all appropriate emails to advise of shipment and delivery time, with sales receipt. Can't wait for the arrival of my diatomaceous earth! Thank you!”

“Went online to order and was uncertain about use of product with pets. I put a call into the company to find out. I spoke with a woman named Pat, she was very informative and helpful. She even went so far as to help me create a strategic plan on how and when to use which product.”
