“I thought this was too much money for this dress, it didn’t sing quality and I have a few phase eight dresses. It did fit so I’ve returned it!!!

“I was extremely disappointed with the packaging. The belt was wound tightly around the waist of the dress which was then scrunched into a plastic bag, followed by a paper bag. Consequently the dress was very creased on arrival. Delivery was prompt and the returns procedure was good. In future I would prefer to go in store rather than buy online

“Only 4 stars because I travelled to London as I wanted to try this particular dress on and despite a claim it was in stock in John Lewis nobody was working on the Ohase 8 Concession and I was unable to find anyone to assist me. A wasted trip for me. The dress is for my daughters wedding so it was important to me.”
