“The first order was wrong. Size 8 top with a size 14 Dress. This was returned as incorrect item but I only received the item price less the postage? Should have been Total Price!!”

“I usually love Phase Eight, but I have had problems lately with fit. A jumper that was too wide in the shoulders, making the sleeves so long, they dangled off the ends of my hands, and a jumper that started off as a good fit, but stretched so much the first time I wore it, that it is now unwearable.”

“Easy to order & staff at collection point very friendly. I ordered 2 dresses but they arrived a week apart which was a bit frustrating. I made 2 trips to the store but was advised in future they would hold on to the first dress much longer than stated so I would have been able to collect them together.”
