“So easy to order with quick delivery. The dress is very well madeand matches with the description on line.i was surprised the for the quality of the dress it was only packed in polythene bag and put inside plastic postal bag, I think it should have been in a box”

“First time I ordered a fascinator it arrived with a large dent in the crown and a hole in one of the bow loops, but was able to return and reorder relatively straightforwardly, with the return fee waived as was damaged. The box had not arrived in a great condition either, but second time I ordered it arrived in perfect condition.”

“Easy website to navigate, order placed, seamless delivery and returns although I had a small discrepancy on how the refund was paid back into my account. I do realise that there is a cost of postage deducted but I was confused about the actual refund. I emailed customer service, their response regarding the correct amount being paid back is insufficient as still did not clearly state what the refund was. Only that it was correct from their point of view. Although I will reorder in the future, I will be be very careful if I need to return. It may be better buying from store.”
