“I originally looked in store and staff very helpful but did not have my size I ordered two dresses online and paid for next day delivery One arrived directly from warehouse, the second dress came from a store and I had no idea where it was It was very frustrating I spoke to someone on the telephone who was very helpful. The dress had just been declared missing when it arrived 6 days later”

“Phase eight has been fantastic and I have always sang their praises. One little issue is their IT support. I recently had an problem with the loading of my favourites and was given very little help to resolve this despite numerous messages via email. It did reduce my retail activity for a few months. Not being able to view my chosen items resulted in no purchases. The problem resolved itself recently but long after I had given up”

“This is an amazing dress. I ordered the size 10 and size 12 and the size 12 fitted better on top. I only rated the dress 4 stars as online the blue of the dress was very dark blue compared to the actual dress in addition the dress appeared online to have more of a shinier and substantial texture. Anyway I wore it for a royal garden party at Buckingham Palace and had numerous compliments. It was perfect!!!”

“Cambridge Staff are very helpful, full of ideas, even gave me shoes to try on with the dresses as I was wearing trainers I eventually purchased the Maxine jumpsuit plus 1 other. Having now worn the jumpsuit, wanted to add whilst very comfortable and dressy too, going to the loo was a nightmare, zip was not reachable on my own and lower part stiff. I had to ask my husband to go with me each time to release the zip. Should have realised at time of purchase but maybe another time your design team could address this.”

“Lovely bag (& the matching shoes are very comfortable for an all day wedding too) Nice size with short strap to double as a handbag or slip neatly on my shoulder. I have deducted a star because at this price I would have expected an internal (hopefully secure) pocket for bank cards, emergency cash or some such.”
