“This dress is nice and good fit. However, I returned it because it’s not lined . I do recommend it if you do not mind that it’s not lined. I have given it a 4 star because of the lining .”

“I have bought half a dozen hats and fascinators from Phase Eight this year but the packaging is inadequate. There is no protection inside the cardboard box in the form of tssue or bubbe wrap. A few months ago, one of my fascinators arrived with a broken hatband and had to be returned”
