“I was very disappointed that both of the Phase Eight dresses were very long on me and I’m quite tall - misleading with the on line photo- the model must be about 6 foot 5!!”
“This is a beautiful dress, good quality fabric and a lovely shade of lilac.. perfect for me as I’m tall at 5.11. Can’t wait to wear it as MOG. Only downside was it arrived poorly packaged. For an expensive dress it was screwed up

“The shape and fit of the dress was lovely. Sadly the fabric was marked and had to be returned. The returns process was straight forward and with the tracking I could see that it had been delivered.”

“A faulty product was sent to me with returned from previous customer tags and in-house notes on it. Customer service were hard to connect with, but once connected they engaged.
However I had to chase them again 2 weeks later for a full refund which had not issued.”
“I was not impressed with the fact you now have to pay a return fee if send back by royal mail which unless you look on the returns section you would not know about as had no emails or cummunication so when returned the fee was taken from my return amount i was shocked.”
“I do like my Phase Eight printed top, however, it is slightly too big for me. I feel it is not worth returning same as I will only receive back probably half of what I initially paid for the top due to postage fees, which is very disappointing.”

Had to reorder as one was too big which is fine, but the next one was covered in black marks so had to order again, I don't agree with having to pay the delivery fee for that order as it was dirty.”
