“The color was perfect. But the fit was uncomfortable because the waist was between my chest and waistline. I am 100% a petite(5'2"), but this dress really did not fit. Wish I didn't need to return. Phase Eight made the return so easy. The return process went smoothly, beginning to end.”

“Loved the colour of this jump suit and as I am 5'1'' I ordered the petite . However it is about 3'' too long I have had to pay £25 to have it taken up. Apart from that it fits very well. K'”

“Phase Eight do have some dresses, tops that I like but sometimes I don't like very much at all. I often think the flowery patterns are a little old fashioned. But now and again I do find a fabulous dress that I like. In general Phase Eight clothes are of good quality.”

“I ordered two pretty dresses, in which one was very disappointing as it was very creased. So as it was a sale item I took a chance and washed it and I’m pleased to say it looks lovely. But I do think the packing and checking of the items needs improvement.”

“Abwicklung, Liferung, Verpackung war top. ICh musste zwei Kleider zurücksenden, da sie mir beide zu groß waren. Tendenziell waren alle Produkte im Vergleich zu meinen sonstigen Einkäufen eher ein wenig "größer ausgefallen". Der Rückversand aus Deutschland heraus hat über 20 Euro gekostet, was auf der einen Seite verständlich ist, auf der anderen Seite sollte man sich überlegen was und in welchem Wert man kauft. Ein Kauf für kleinere Summen / also einfachere Kleidungsstücke überlege ich mir, da in Verbindung mit einer etwaigen Rücksendung die Kosten einfach steigen. Wohl gemerkt: Ich bin mir noch meiner Phase-Eight-Größe nicht im Klaren, da Sie kleiner zu sein scheint, als meine sonstigen Kleidergrößen. Somit habe ich für Folgekäufe ein größeres Risiko, dass ich wieder Artikel zurücksenden muss. Im Fall der Abendkleider-Bestellung war es in Summe dann aber ok für mich.”
