“I was extremely disappointed with the packaging. The belt was wound tightly around the waist of the dress which was then scrunched into a plastic bag, followed by a paper bag. Consequently the dress was very creased on arrival. Delivery was prompt and the returns procedure was good. In future I would prefer to go in store rather than buy online .”

“Only 4 stars because I travelled to London as I wanted to try this particular dress on and despite a claim it was in stock in John Lewis nobody was working on the Ohase 8 Concession and I was unable to find anyone to assist me. A wasted trip for me. The dress is for my daughters wedding so it was important to me.”
