Very helpful when they phoned me back after my leaving my mobile number regarding upgrade of phone. Talked me through all options without any form of pushing. I ended up with a better phone than the one that I was after (Nokia Lumia 1020 rather than the 925), the same package that I was currently one (through T-Mobile) at a cheaper rate. Can't fault this. The only problem occurred with the delivery - it came a day earlier than I had re-arranged, but luckily I was at home to sign for. Would recommend.

My wife and I purchased new phones as part of the agreement there was a cash sum of £240.00 combined which hasn't been paid into the account yet. When speaking to a collegue they advised nothing on system to show this deal was agreed. I would greatly like this to be looked into.

I feel that it-s not made very easy for customers who order over the phone and you get much better service in store. You need to ensure that customers are made aware of what they can and can't do by doing it via phone.

Nothing But a Nightmare company to deal with. Tried to cancel an upgrade within 24 hours of agreeing to one on phone, only for them to rewrite the Distance Selling Regulations to suit themselves. Rude, Unhelpful and arrogant staff on the LIVE CHAT facility, telephone and in store. Will never deal with them again.

At the time of purchase there was a no returns policy with any upgrades purchased, this is because an upgrade is a continuation of your previous contract. Crazy customer servicing!!! Why can't I go into one of the shops for advice/help? They told me because I ordered online it is totally separate from the shops and strictly speaking did not have to help me. However when I went into the Bournemouth branch the guy was very helpful though I should not have to go through that in the first place.

This is not the case, as you have now experienced. The only restriction would be is that stores cannot process any till functions for Web/Telesales customers. Bought and paid for a phone and it was delivered the next day,I opened the box and all the paper work was right and said amount debited to my credit card.All good so far but hey presto the wrong phone.Contacted them by phone straight away and was told they would send a bag to collect it and when they received it back my credit cardwould be refunded after 7 to 10 working days.Yes you guessed it next day and no bag,another phone call this time I was in the shop and used their phone ,yes you guessed it next day no bag.Day three yet another phone call,it was sent sir but we will send another one as well.Well I am holding my breath and dont want another request for yet another non existant bag,could this be a delaying tactic to keep hold of my money for as long as possible.My credit card was debited straight away,but it looks like it will be over 2 weeks before I get my money back.They did not even offer to send me the phone I first ordered until they got the other one back,of course if I would like to order another phone and pay for that as well I could take that option.Pahhhhhh humbug.Phones for U,I dont think so,lovely girls on the end of the phone but helpless to help you.

I ordered my sim on the 2nd May which is when my contract started its now the 5th and I still have no phone. I called the help line the help line and was told it could take up to 48 Hrs. to activate. Still waiting.

Hi Joseph, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. I'm sorry there was a slight delay with your connection. I can see Vodafone confirmed the connection was successful on the 3rd June. In some instances it can take the 48 hours for the SIM to be connected. I hope you were not inconvenienced too much, I can certainly appreciate your frustration though. Hope all is well now Joseph. As you live in the Highlands in Scotland deliveries normally take 2 working days. I can definitely appreciate your eagerness to receive your new iPhone though. What can I say but first class service. Choose your phone and deal enter info and then you are kept informed at every stage of a short 24 hours to receive your phone. I even knew the name of the courier driver. All arrived safely up and running in less than an hour. Well done guys. Gods to do business with you.

Very poor ! Sent the wrong size SIM card and a faulty handset. Got to wait for a bag to be sent out to send the phone back then wait for a replacement to be sent out and will not change my phone in store when I desperately need a phone ! Very poor service

It would be better if there is more help with credit with the mobile phone companys.so u can get a mobile phone for the people who cant get one
