I m very surprised I'm not recieve charger plug and head phone with the phone?

Hi Swarn, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. I'm afraid the Motorola handsets do not come with earphones or a plug to charge the handset. It should however come with a data cable to charge off a compatible device / plug. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thanks again, Hugh

Turned me down for a contract even though I've had phone contracts all my life through other companies! Then has the nerve to harass me with several phone calls every day! Will be sure to let everyone know to avoid this company!!

Hi Kelly, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear you were not able to take a contract with us. I can confirm it was the network credit check that has been unsuccessful. For more information as to why I would recommend you to speak to Vodafone. In regards to the calls afterwards, this may have been our sales team asking if you would like to try another network provider with Phones 4u. Nothing to complain about; great packaging, turned up on time and good that they give you an hour window warning so you can make sure you're in! :)

I had to return a Moto G SIM Free handset straight away because it was sold without a charger and the Phones4U web site was not clear on this. It has taken 10 days for them to send a return self-addressed envelop. I can imagine it would take couple of weeks before my money is refunded.

Hi John, Thanks for getting in touch. I am really sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused, I believe with this particular phone the manufacturer only provide the USB cable so that you connect to your laptop/PC. I'm so sorry about this, and understand that our Customer Service Team did take a look and offered to cover the cost of a charger for you. In regards to the return the bag should not have taken that long and should have been with you within a maximum of 5 working days. I've checked your account and can see that the refund has been processed, so do hope everything is now okay? Thanks again for getting in touch. Sam.

Great assistance with picking phone and contract via the 'chat' facility. The person on chat vanished despite saying she would hang on for the order number.....anyway I processed the payment for the phone and then 20 mins later received an email advising my order had been cancelled..... I have no credit problems and have held a mobile with O2 for over 15 years. Since them I receiving a multitude of calls and emails asking why I did not proceed with the order! Shambles!

Phones 4 U are easy to deal with they keep you informed and there delivery is super fast next day delivery which you can track. All in all a hassle free experience. Would recommend.

When placing an order with us you will be subject to the relevant security and credit checks. If you do have an existing line already then the network will assess you for an additional line. I'm waiting for a new phone from the ninth of June. Now they said that i got it at the end of the month. They sell something what they do not have. This is outrageous. I mgrounded for a month without a phone. This is my last purchase in phone4u.
