“Never got my smartband. Also my plan has BT wifi but I've never been prompted to sign up or told where to sign up, so I can't use it. Other then that, great service. Next day delivery and here before I started work.”

“Initial call was received and operator and i had good clear discussion and came to an agreement over my new phone. The telephone didnt arrive and 10 days later the operative called to say the paperwork got lost in the system and he would resolve the issue. He did this and within 48 hours my new phone arrived and the changeover went well. Thanks for the good service.”

“I upgraded my phone to Samsung S4 black Edition and got a cash back of 48pounds and also 1 year Gourmet society free. Wow, what an excellent services packaged with good customer services. Well done Phones 4 U, you did tried your best to get me a good deal. Bless you all.”

“Phones4u always get me the best deal, they are very helpful in store and on the telephone. Ive been with them since my 1st contract (7yrs) and although looking at other stores to see if I can get a good deal no one can beat them. 5* Thank you”

“When I said that I was happy to go ahead with my order I mentiined that it was fine as I would qualify for vodaphone nhs discount of 20%. He did not correct me on this matter and I later found out that I could have only gained this if I had placed my order directly through Vodafone. Misold or misled. Nice chap who served me but shame he didnt know this or otherwise chose not to correct me. I am not £8 per month out of pocket.”

“Upgraded to a iPhone 5 s . £37 pm . Day 1 .. Phone doesn't work , 6 weeks later still not got a replacement , , but still taking £37 out my bank .. Customer service twice said they will sort it but nothing gets done .. Thanks phones 4 you ..”

“Took 3 weeks to replace broken phone with broken phone and despite assurances that it wouldn't effect my rights it seems to have done. Second broken phone has not been collected and contracted has not been cancelled due to not being fit for purpose. I month, no phone, and contract not cancelled.”

“Very poor customer service from initial contact. I have gone weeks without a phone over what was supposed to be a simple upgrade. I have been treated with a "computer says no" attitude and I will not be renewing my contract through phones 4 u”

“It took nearly four weeks to get my new phone up and running! In the end a new SIM card was provided. All the staff were polite and helpful but seemed unable to solve the problem in a timely manner.”

“It was easy to upgrade, not quite sure why they don't give the in-store staff the same ability to give further discounts like the sales guy I was put onto in-store via the phone! Would use and recommend to others, my thanks to the staff that assisted me.”
