I went to the store at the Richo Arena in Coventry and was served by Elizabeth she took the time to go through my requirements as I was historically an Orange Customer was wasn't in contract so could move providers - she suggested going to EE and got me a fantastic tariff and helped me enormously - she is an asset to your organisation. I was called by a representative, who promised the roaming plan included Australia it didn't. I have had to now pay extra for it. Phones4u contacted T-mobile who cut me off straightaway, I was told it would take a couple of days when in fact it was done the same day and I had no phone network for nearly 3 days and was travelling away from home without a phone, not impressed. I am now on the phone to a representative as I have received a letter to say my account is in arrears, again I was told by the Phones4u representative nothing had to be done about payments as my Direct which was already setup with T-mobile would be transferred to EE, again not the case. I feel I was mis-sold the contract and features and mis-informed by a representative. Will not be recommended you at all and shall be writing to headoffice.

had a contract phone nearly 2months now but haven't received a sim card but still paying full??

very polite and courteous staff and the setting up of my new contract was very easy and straight forward, unfortunately I am not so pleased with the network provider EE as I fail to get a decent and sometimes no signal in my home and I'm now stuck with it for another 23 months. when I looked into the network signal coverage for my area it looked really good but I am now wishing I stayed with o2

This is the third time my wife and I have got our mobile contracts through Phones4U, and it has always been dealt with in an efficient, friendly manner. It is a very confusing market out there with so many different tariffs from so many providers, but Phones4U are competent in sorting out the most cost-effective solution. The only minor criticism would be that I would appreciate more technical expertise regarding the features of the most recent models of smartphone, but I realise that this is a big ask considering how many features there are now available.

The phone was the best price I could get, and the delivery was incredibly quick (I ordered in late afternoon and it came about 14 hours later!)

Was told that I would get roaming free but can't see it on my account so seems that the phone companies are following the banks telling people anything to get a signature, also haven't had my £20 for recommending my wife who has also signed a new contract.

The team at Wakefield Ridings centre were very helpfull making every effort to get the right deal for me. They explained all the offers and things available before finalising my bespoke package, un like the "car phone warehouse" where they were happy to point me in the direction of a poster on the wall with the current offers on. A week later when i needed help setting up sky sport on my phone the team helped again and spent half an hour showing me a phone numpty how to operate it correctly. Many thanks Phones 4 U

Still waiting for my £50 cash back after nearly 40 odd days. Fed up of talking to customer service about this matter. Must of spoke to every employee you have working there. None seem to have a clue to be honest. Nothing will get done about this matter know doubt!! Not happy!

A very neat phone . Easy to use and compact. Only problem I have is that I cannot get a reception in my bungalow and so have to go outside to make or receive calls. Very inconvenient!

The staff at the shop in Maidenhead where I purchased the deal were fantastic. Sadly, I have two issues. The first is that I was bombarded with cold calls/e-mails in the first two weeks and I have spent a lot of time (and money calling premium numbers) trying to stop this and finding out how they all got my details. It would appear that this was done though Phones4u and Vodaphone when I clearly stated on the contract agreement over the phone that my personal details are not to be given to any third party. The second is there seems to be intermittent problems when needing to charge my phone as sometimes will not charge and I do not know if it is the phone or the charger with the problem. Will someone contact me to acknowledge these issues and offer me a solution/advice?

Took out a new contract inn Ee, taking my orange number with me! After a few days of the cooling off period changed my mind, rang to cancel my contract to be told as its an extension of my contract I couldn't cancel it! Wasn't told when selling the contract too me!

At the time that you took out your upgrade with us, as it is a continuation of a previous agreement that you had then there is no cancellation period. great little phone with a great little price i would recommend to anyone to at least have a look on their website before purchasing a phone elsewhere because i looked at many different other phone retailers and this one by far was the better price and the better delivery which is very fast i would to add!
