Hi Lynne, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. Happy to hear you think our service is good :) I can imagine it was a little frustrating having two different delivery times. This would normally be because we have to wait for a response from the network for any pending checks, so if one was quicker than the other this may have resulted in them going on separate delivery vans. “Amazing upgrade service when I spoke to Darren and upgraded and changed networks a couple of months ago. I never write reviews but the service was first class”

“Phone broke in 2 weeks and took another week to get replaced and then that one was fault. not happy as it took ages to get refund\exchange -,-”

“Never had any issues always reliable and fast delivery times using the right parcel company, The pay and go range is small and needs to be expanded, On the pay monthly side its all about deals and i would say its slightly more expensive than a rival company, Although I will say if you get on the phone your more likely to get the deal you want, Overall though im satisfied with phones4u and would reccomend them to all”

“I contacted Phones4u in search of an upgrade. The initial contact was fine and I received my new phone the following day. I was promised a free Galaxy Gear with the purchase and was told that I would have to wait 20 day for the GG. There was no further contact. NO letter, call or e - mail confirming the GG. 20 days later I had to contact P4U. I did not receive any contact from P4U, I had to chase the GG. I'M NOT IMPRESSED BY CUSTOMER CARE, VERY LACKING AND POOR EFFORT.”

“Hello I got a new phone through your head office and I got told that he would cancel my old phone contract which he didn't and because of this we have been paying for a phone that hasn't been used since middle of May and now won't stop paying till next month because I was told that it was cancelled. Because of this I won't be using phone 4 u for my next contract in 2 years time. I feel like I have been lied to just to get the sale from me.”

“every step of the way was a problem. Including waiting three days for the internet, quoted the wrong price, new phone delivery left in a bin without a signature and no direct debit set up”

“The charger wire for my new I-phone 5c stopped working after a couple of weeks. I reported it to phones 4u and was told I could go into my local branch to receive a replacement. When I went all they could offer me was a generic charger not a genuine Apple one. When you spend so much money on a contract you expect a genuine replacement NOT an inferior generic product. I contacted customer services and all they could offer me was a £15 money transfer so I could by my own genuine replacement. Apart from more inconvenience I was asked to provide my bank details, which I found un acceptable. Therefore Ive been left with a faulty I-phone charger and a generic replacement. Not good customer service and I won't be recommending Phones 4u”

“I have purchased two contracts through Phones 4 U, on both occasions I have received friendly, informal yet professional advice. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I feel that I can always pop in and get a non bias advice on products. I am not going anywhere else. (Cirencester branch)”

“U think the company are very port and there customer service is a joke, both in person and over the phone will never use this company again in my life. If the company wants to grow they have to take the negative comments aswell as the good on there site something they don't allow you to do.”

“Customer service was pathetic, 3 phones upgraded 3 upgrades all mucked up. 6 weeks to sort out 3 upgrades. Will NOT use phones 4u again. Would not recommend to anybody.”
