As a long term loyal customer I am utterly disgusted and extremely diserpointed with the customer service I have recieved!

As a long term loyal customer I am utterly disgusted with the customer service I have recieved, I have spent a lot of time in and out of hospital and undergoing surgery for sever endomitirios, because of this I haven't been able to work therefore havnt had to funds to pay all of my bills, I offered to pay half and for the remaining amount to be added to my bill that I would pay at the end of July with all the overtime I have picked up, I was refused this twice by two members of staff, I am a single parent and I do not have a landline and so it's extremely dangerous not having any means to call for help should I need to, I am disgusted and deeply disappointed in the service I have recieved! Hi Steven, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. I'm sorry to hear you feel you were pushed into the contract, it's not the sales practice we teach or endorse. At the time you took the contract there was a 7 working day cooling off period which means you could have cancelled within this timescale. As you did not do so I hope the contract is running smoothly for you now. Thanks again, Hugh

After losing my bank details multiple times and my cash back being deposited after so much hassle, I'm not sure I would shop with Phones4u again. Especially as this is my first experience with the company and consequently my last.

the best thing is The camera on the sony xperia z2, good if your on a lot of holidays so saves carrying a camera,. volume is not bad, iv heard better. 3 problems i have with the phone, 1) when on a call my cheek touches the screen then ends up doing things that i dont want to do. 2) while on facebook and trying to watch video clips it will show me 10 seconds of the video then say "cannot play video, sorry but an unknown error occurred while trying to play this video" now if the phone doesnt know what it is then how on earth am i meant to know whats wrong with it. iv tried turning the phone on and off and updating facebook and reinstalling it. this doesnt happen on youtube. 3) the screen drags it self to the bottom so the date and time are at the bottom and above that its blank screen and below it you can just see the app that you are using.

Got brilliant service, the adviser was more helpful when doing my upgrade than the guys at my own network. Everything happened in the timescales I was told which is rare especially when it comes to getting cash back. I will be using Phones4U for all my future needs.

Initially was happy with service but then a month into my contract found out that phones for you didn't set up my direct debit so was hit with An unexpected bill

Great service, really good prices, sometimes the best on the market (even beating chinese imports). Firendly helpful staff in the shops, suggested me to order online for a specific device. Package arrived next day as they promised. Absolutely satisfied!

After 2 months I am still waiting for my £50 cash back that I was offered, after a number of calls requesting it. Also didn't set up my direct debit properly after giving bank details twice. Other than that ok I suppose.

I've returned an upgrade ref1001801936 end of may and to date still awaiting a reverse migration. I've had to put up with negligence and unconcern feeling from customer dept. I've had to call several times to escalate my case with always the same outcome. I've incurred cost for a phone bill I've barely had the use of. Form all of this I'm always left with the feeling that I'm to blame for putting my trust that all that was promised by phones 4 u rep would be handled professionally.

Very friendly and helpful advisor however I discovered that when she put me through to Vodafone as I had to discuss my account with them, she actually stayed on the line, muted her mic and listened to the entire call, breaching my confidentiality. She then called me back and asked me what Vodafone had said etc when she already knew. Buyer beware if you need to talk to your network, hang up and call them yourself, do not let them put you through!

When I made an online enquiry I didn't really expect a call but I received a call the same day . I explained that I was due an upgrade to my contract with T mobile but hadn't been able to get any good deal from then . The person from phones4u was really helpful . He asked about my usage , preferences etc and after a short hold came back with a perfect deal. I received my new phone on a new contract with ee within 2 days and got a £50 cash back . Great service !
