“Very poor ! Sent the wrong size SIM card and a faulty handset. Got to wait for a bag to be sent out to send the phone back then wait for a replacement to be sent out and will not change my phone in store when I desperately need a phone ! Very poor service”

Hi Becca, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear you received a faulty handset. As you can appreciate receiving a brand new handset faulty is very rare. However I can imagine it must have been very frustrating having to be without a phone for the exchange period. I hope both the new handset and SIM card are now working well. Thanks again, Hugh

“It would be better if there is more help with credit with the mobile phone companys.so u can get a mobile phone for the people who cant get one”

Hi Lee, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. I'm sorry to hear you couldn't take out a contract with ourselves. We do now have our own network called LIFE Mobile, it may be worth checking what deals you can take out. Hope this helps Lee, Hugh
