“Purchased Chemodol massage oil for a recovering foot operation. Arrived promptly. A small amount goes a long way. Appears as a cream and is absorbed moving around skin freely. Changes to an oil as you massage. I have tried lots of oils and creams, but this one I highly recommend.”

“The reason we order from these companies is because we require an item quickly, and with 1st class post that's a great benefit. However item was dispatched following day but now 7 days later still hasn't arrived. I have contacted the company who state there is little they can do and have to wait 7 to 10 days for non delivery before considering a replacement. Now whilst I understand delivery is beyond their control once items pass into the hands of royal mail I really do think their customer service could be far better and quicker in dealing with this kind of incident. A very unhappy customer.”

“My order duly arrived taking longer than I expected - 2 weeks. Regretfully the item was smaller than anticipated, and the reason for the order was to assist my healing process, and by the time I received the item a replacement was not the appropriate course of action. I returned the item following a phone call to explain the situation and was treated with the utmost curtesy receiving a refund on receipt of the item.”

“I ordered a back support belt. The product is good quality but the sizing was smaller than it stated. I had to contact physiotherapy store regarding the delivery as the product wasn't received n time. We eventually got it after a few weeks following the first two "going missing" in the post. This was disappointing as of course I placed the order needing the support urgently to help with an injury.”
