Not really happy. Had to bend acrylic to point of snapping to make assembly. Final look acceptable.

The frame itself looks ok, but it is warped from being left outside in the rain by your courier (I have put a complaint in to them directly) I will need to request a replacement, as the frame wasn’t packaged enough so has been damaged and was also soaking wet. I’m not sure why the package was left outside, or why it said I had signed for it, when I didn’t. Katy

I purchased three frames from Picframes.co.uk. The frames themselves were of pretty good quality, although two came without any fixings to allow me to hang them. I contacted the sales team to enquire about getting the missing items sent to me. On the 29th April I received an email stating that the missing items were being sent to me, although as of the 10th May I am still yet to receive the items and still unable to hang my pictures.

I ordered a picture frame complete with table top support as i did not want it hanging. I had heard nothing by email or telephone regarding delivery so decided to call. No reply by telephone, however was eventually told that the support manufacturer had gone 'bust', thanks for letting me know and keeping me informed poor customer service however the Frame does look of reasonable quality

Your picture frame is excellent and meets very high expectations i set. however, the delivery service (DHL) was extremely poor not only didn't they let me know when it was being delivered so no chance to pick a time slot as suggested they decided to throw the parcel (clearly marked fragile) over a 6 foot fence the box was smashed to pieces luckily the frame was in tact, no thanks to the idiot how delivered it. I would of course buy your product again but only on the knowledge that you wern't sending via DHL.

I received the frame which looks nice, but the mount does not have the correct measurements that I have given them. they are off by 1 cm on all 4 cuts, so in total an error of 16cm in width (4x4). I have emailed Picframes twice about it and called several times during opening hours only to be directed to an automatic voicemail saying they are closed. I do not recommend PicFrames based upon my experience.

Frame arrived promptly but the mount was not wide enough to hold the poster and left a gap on one side

One frame is not perfect, corner joint is not flush on front.

One of the mountings was dented and scratched and the lines cut in it were not straight, looking like they had been done freehand. I am still waiting to hear back from customer services about how this will be resolved. The overall quality of materials was very nice and if that mounting had been good, I would have been very satisfied by the whole ordering process and value of the frame. But the end result is spoilt by the problems detailed above, and it was for a Christmas present.

Really disappointed as the acrylic glass and back board are not thick enough to prevent picture wobble in the larger frames

Didn’t realise it would be plastic not glass in frames. Nightmare having to peel off blue film from both sides of all my frames

Frame back arrived without stand on back board, thought this option would have been standard as it is on frames I've purchased before. Was told it is a optional extra which was not obvious to me when completing the purchase. After speaking with customer services I was informed that if I wanted a stand the cost will now be £1.85 plus £5.99 postage, which is ridiculous. So I will have to find something else suitable to stand it up if I can. This option needs to be made more clear when placing a order.

Poor packaging causing damage front face of frame. Staple dents on frame. Corners badly finished. Have emailed twice and still no response. Poor service.

Unfortunately the quality wasn't as good as I expected and after emailing with a note of this I had to phone to chase up a few days later but a refund was offered quickly.
