I have not received my mount. My delivery has been late/postponed for the third day running and I've heard nothing from PicFrames or Interlink Express regarding the whereabouts of my parcel.

There was quite a wait for my order, although they did keep me updated on email which was good. Have just unpacked my box and the additional items I ordered and paid for (brown tape and heavy duty fixings) were not in there, meaning I can't hang my picture. Have contacted customer services (tried phoning and couldn't get an answer so resorted to email) and wait to see how quickly they can sort this out for me.

Ordering was fine, instructions were clear. I didn't get a time slot on the morning of delivery so e-mailed you, got a prompt response and the frame was delivered. Unfortunately when I opened up the box it had been damaged in transit, there is a chip on the edge of one of the short sides. I was also not impressed with the cutting of the mount as it has been overcut on three corners and the cuts are clearly visible on the right side. I e-mailed you immediately on the Thursday evening to let you know there was a problem and asked about returning the frame and getting a refund. I have heard nothing back so am now even less impressed by your level of service and customer care. Linda Cowie

I bought a large frame. The frame , glass inner frame all fine and fit well. BUT, BUT, BUT the hanging hooks are totally inadequate for the weight - small screws into hard board? The whole thing would have come crashing down as soon as it was hung. I have had to buy new robust fixings. Parcel force "express 48hours" took six days, but that is another matter.

Product fine -but delivery long winded to the last possible and no notification from delivery company as to hour of delivery - all very well that product up to spec if the time of delivery is protracted and unspecified - may have use alternative source if you unable to address

Ordered on 13th and still haven't recieved on 28th, so difficult to give a review on the quality of the frames....communication and delivery is poor, so rating is because of that!

I have rated the communication as POOR, simply because I have had no response to an issue. I ordered mounts for two pictures, each one with top and bottom mount. They arrived as promised within the stated delivery time. They are the right size and are exactly what I expected when I ordered. However the corner of one of the mounts was damaged in transit. I have sent a photograph to the email address and have also emailed directly from the PicFrames website. I received my order on Thursday the 29th of October and emailed immediately on receipt of the faulty item, but have as yet had no acknowledgement of my email. There was no answer on the Customer Service telephone, not even an answerphone message. I run a business myself and am very aware how important it is to keep in touch with my customers. I'm not sure where to go from here. I do want to order another mount but am wary of the lack of Customer Contact, which has put me off. I hope to hear from you now. The wood looked cheap and plastic-y. I appreciate the wood is real. But it had no grain and looked very different to the picture. I wouldnt spend 50 pounds on these frames.

Hello, The Dw306 is a smooth finished frame as described. I think a natural oak would maybe suit you better. If you would like to call in we will swap them for you. or any other style you prefer. Kind Regards Mike Barrow

The frame was packaged perfectly and has been completed to a high standard. Although the mount is missing so I am unable to use the frame.

Well i got mixed up with the measurements. there was no where I could put the size of the picture which would have helped to recognize I had the wrong measurements between cm and mm. I was offered half price refund less delivery and vat. but this was not worth it has i was going to have to order further frames, but the person e mailed was helpful.

Disappointing in that there are no fixings on the frame to hang it. Disappointed that there were no fixings on the frame to hang it so not able to use it until we figure out what to get, go out to find it and then fix it - why do we use mail order? We're short of time!

For prize paid expected glass not nasthy Perspex the wooden frame was well put to other and weak finished

The frames themselves are great but I ordered two additional heavy duty wall hooks (4517) which were not included in the delivery and despite the promise on the ordering website the courier made no contact as to when the order would be delivered. I was very lucky that someone was in to receive the goods as they arrived completely unexpectedly.

The ordering process was very simple and the guidelines to make the required measurements were easy to follow. Order acknowledgement was swift and the frames were delivered within a week. Am very pleased with the frames, they are very well made and as I expected. Will certainly use picframes again!

Difficult to give such a review as the company were fine, very good in fact but I still don't have my frames as Citylink still haven't delivered them despite advising dispatch at the start of the week. But simply because I still don't have my goods, this has to be a poor review. Sorry but change your Courier maybe?

I didn't expect the frame to be quite so cheap looking and flimsy. I'm not sure how secure it is and I had to give it a bash to make it stay in place as it was quite loose. I'm very disappointed.
