“Very disappointed. Poor quality. Certainly not value for money. Could have bought a shop frame for a lot less. Will not be using again. I gave 2 stars because packaging was good !”

“The size of the frame was perfect and looked good. However there were 2 small dents in the frame when it arrived.”

“There were no instructions. I could not screw the metal parts into the wood and when I tried to screw them into the cardboard they went all the way through.”

“The picture frame arrived promptly and was well packaged. It is a lovely frame, just what I hoped it would be, but unfortunately there is a 1cm dent/gouge in one side of the frame. Not sure whether to look into returning it or just accept it. I wanted it to frame a cross stitch picture to welcome a new baby and time is of the essence! I have used pic frames before and always been pleased with the product.”

Hello, Please email with your order details and we will look to find a solution to your Issue with the frame supplied. I suspect you have a large frame and have ordered a very thin moulding which we advise against. Regards Mike

“Frames good but have not received full order . Contacted by email about the failure on opening delivery heard nothing!!!.Package also had large rip it but no damage to frames.”

“Unfortunately the frames we ordered were either not quite as shown on the website or were not assembled very well. The other item we ordered was not in the package. We have emailed to let you know, so I'm sure it will be resolved, but not particularly impressed.”

“The exact size frame was good to get but quality not good. The finish round the edges needs to be better; I'm surprised that this quality is considered to be OK for the price I paid. It feels very cheap.”

“Order took even longer than the extended time I was advised of at purchase. No up front communication to notify me, I had to e-mail to find out and this took too long to gain a response. DHL delivery very poor customer service: Received an e-mail from DHL on the morning of schedule delivery advising me it would be between 17:11-18:11 and therefore I made sure I was home well before this time however delivery was attempted at 13:30 (over 3 and a half hours earlier than notified). DHL customer service adviser very unhelpful at rectifying the issue.”

“Unfortunately, we made an error in measuring our picture, leading to receipt of a frame 10 cm too long. Understandably, there is no refund procedure for customised frames, just need to find/commission a picture to fit the frame now...!”

“Received frame the glass was smaller than the frame and the backboard was also so my print didn’t sit right and kept moving so had to do some DIY to make it work. So overall not happy and wouldn’t use this company again.”

“Morning Delivery arrives on time. Not sure about the quality as when you pick the frame up the frame moves away from the synthetic glass front. I have not put anything in this yet as I am not sure if it will fall apart if I do. Can you advise me on this. I don't want it to fall to pieces when I try to use it.”
