“The frame arrived on schedule and the outer packaging was badly bashed with two great holes/tears in the cardboard despite the "fragile" tape on the outside. I expected the frame to be damaged or broken, but it was totally undamaged and unmarked. It fitted the picture exactly and looks really great. I'm very pleased with it. I will use PicFrames again.”

“The frames I ordered were almost all bespoke sizes, but all spot on. Delivery was difficult as I wasn't in much, but you kept at in until all done. One but if the order was missed but was dealt with very efficiently once known. Good customer service”

“An excellent service. The frames were delivered within a few days of ordering and were of good quality. This is a reasonably-priced alternative to a bespoke framer. Have used several times and will continue to do so.”

“This is only the second time that I have bought from PicFrames but on both occasions the products and the service have been excellent. It is nice to be able to browse the different styles of frames and then select not only the frame, but also what else you want e.g glass, mount etc. All at reasonable prices.”

“Initially I ordered one frame, & realised that I had measured incorrectly, I phoned Picframes who cancelled the order and I resubmitted with the correct sizes & order 2. Really impressed with the time in which they produced the frames and had them delivered. They look fantastic & good quality, will definitely use them again. Excellent all round.”

“Easy to follow website with clear instructions for sizing mount and picture. Good choice of frame mouldings to choose from. Excellent delivery with one hour delivery slot. “The order process was relatively simple in terms of getting the dimensions right and selecting frame type and card colour. The delivery process was excellent as i was kept informed as to delivery time and the delivery arrived exactly on the time stated by the delivery company. My painting looks great in the frame and overall i am very satisfied.”

“I have been using Picframes for a couple of years now. I was recommended by a architect friend of mine who has also been using your company. I could not recommend you enough. The service and quality is excellent and prompt . I am a joiner by trade so I know a good job when I see it ! The last frame we ordered was a rush job for a friends present, we ordered it on a Sunday evening my wife phoned on the Monday morning to ask if we could possibly have it by Friday and we received it first thing Tuesday morning. How did you do it that quick? Thank you ! I will be ordering more frames very soon. Regards Tony.”

“Excellent, very informative site which was super easy to use. What made me buy was the well described method of measuring up and the way I needed to consider the mount overlap. No other site I came close. The how to mount and setup was helpful on the delivery notice too, so good job again. There is quite a bit of slip on the the backboard though and I wasn't sure if this is intentional or not, but it doesn't seem to have affected the picture so all is good. I'll definitely be back when I need my next picture frame. Thanks.”
