“The picture frame arrived promptly and was well packaged. It is a lovely frame, just what I hoped it would be, but unfortunately there is a 1cm dent/gouge in one side of the frame. Not sure whether to look into returning it or just accept it. I wanted it to frame a cross stitch picture to welcome a new baby and time is of the essence! I have used pic frames before and always been pleased with the product.”

“Ordered 2 frames; 1 for a signed Jon Bon Jovi poster (I met him) and another picture I’ve been meaning to frame for ages. The frames were made to order and my measurements (awkward sizing). I was kept well informed by Picframes of the build and delivery timescales every step of the way. The frames arrived when they said they would and arrived well packaged. It was obvious that care and precision was taken to build & pack them which impressed me. They fit perfectly (phew!). I Will definitely use this company again.Thanks Picframes. JBJ looks fab hanging in my office as I work from home. ...Dawn”

“Picframes were outstanding in their customer service. They kept me updated the whole way through to let us know what stage the frame making was at and it is such good quality - exactly what we wanted! I was very nervous that it would not fit the painting but it is perfect. The mount quality is exactly the colour and size I had envisioned.”

Hello, Please email with your order details and we will look to find a solution to your Issue with the frame supplied. I suspect you have a large frame and have ordered a very thin moulding which we advise against. Regards Mike

“A friend has been recommending this company for years, and having just moved house I finally got round to ordering frames for an assortment of prints. I could not be happier! Amazing service, fantastic quality frames and an easy, straightforward ordering process. I loved the regular email updates informing me of each step of the process, which really shows the care and attention going into each frame. I had quite a large order, but it still only took a couple of weeks and I was updated at every stage so I knew when to expect them. Safely and securely delivered as promised and all the frames were perfect. I am absolutely delighted and have recommended them to everyone. Great stuff!!”

“Took a fair while to receive - longer than I thought - but I was kept updated with several emails telling me where the frames were in the production process. Frame were very well packaged which was appreciated. Sizes were good, although one mount seemed to have a slightly larger aperture which meant it only just hid the edges of my print. I think the frame style for my size of frame perhaps were on the brink of being too narrow, as when I lifted the frame and moved it around to get it ready for hanging, there was a bit of bowing on the sides. Looks good on the wall though.”
