“Really, really pleased with the service and with the frame. The price was very reasonable for such a well made item. I was kept up to date with the delivery process and it arrived within 5 days and was very well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.”

“I have been using Picframes for several years now and have never been let down. The standard of work is superb, the frames are always packed well and the choice of frames and mounts is excellent. I love the design of the website which allows you to preview your art work in a choice of frames and mounts and to the correct sizing before ordering. Very professional and great all round. “The frame arrived on schedule and the outer packaging was badly bashed with two great holes/tears in the cardboard despite the "fragile" tape on the outside. I expected the frame to be damaged or broken, but it was totally undamaged and unmarked. It fitted the picture exactly and looks really great. I'm very pleased with it. I will use PicFrames again.”

“The frames I ordered were almost all bespoke sizes, but all spot on. Delivery was difficult as I wasn't in much, but you kept at in until all done. One but if the order was missed but was dealt with very efficiently once known. Good customer service”
