“An excellent service. The frames were delivered within a few days of ordering and were of good quality. This is a reasonably-priced alternative to a bespoke framer. Have used several times and will continue to do so.”

“This is only the second time that I have bought from PicFrames but on both occasions the products and the service have been excellent. It is nice to be able to browse the different styles of frames and then select not only the frame, but also what else you want e.g glass, mount etc. All at reasonable prices.”

“Initially I ordered one frame, & realised that I had measured incorrectly, I phoned Picframes who cancelled the order and I resubmitted with the correct sizes & order 2. Really impressed with the time in which they produced the frames and had them delivered. They look fantastic & good quality, will definitely use them again. Excellent all round.”

“Easy to follow website with clear instructions for sizing mount and picture. Good choice of frame mouldings to choose from. Excellent delivery with one hour delivery slot. Amazing service with quick turn round, have used this service regularly and will continue to use PicFrames. Keep up the good work”

“The order process was relatively simple in terms of getting the dimensions right and selecting frame type and card colour. The delivery process was excellent as i was kept informed as to delivery time and the delivery arrived exactly on the time stated by the delivery company. My painting looks great in the frame and overall i am very satisfied.”

“I have been using Picframes for a couple of years now. I was recommended by a architect friend of mine who has also been using your company. I could not recommend you enough. The service and quality is excellent and prompt . I am a joiner by trade so I know a good job when I see it ! The last frame we ordered was a rush job for a friends present, we ordered it on a Sunday evening my wife phoned on the Monday morning to ask if we could possibly have it by Friday and we received it first thing Tuesday morning. How did you do it that quick? Thank you ! I will be ordering more frames very soon. Regards Tony.”

“Excellent, very informative site which was super easy to use. What made me buy was the well described method of measuring up and the way I needed to consider the mount overlap. No other site I came close. The how to mount and setup was helpful on the delivery notice too, so good job again. There is quite a bit of slip on the the backboard though and I wasn't sure if this is intentional or not, but it doesn't seem to have affected the picture so all is good. I'll definitely be back when I need my next picture frame. Thanks.”

“Wanted a frame, the quickest way was to do a search, came across pic frames, ordered on Thursday, frame ready for dispatch on Friday, delivered on Monday, fantastic service and perfectly made and packed very well, will use again, thanks.”

“This is the second time I have used this company and both times I have been pleased with the service. I ordered the same frames for 3 pictures and 2 of then with double mounts. I have had no problems with constructing them. I found the website easy to use amd I love the way you can upload a photograph of your picture and play around with different colours and borders etc before deciding. I would prefer the turnaround time to be quicker.”
