“This is my fourth frame from Picframes. Excellent quality, sizes spot on and delivery although a little slower this time (understandable during these times) I was kept updated as to the expected delivery date. Thank you.”

“Overall very happy with the service and product received from PicFrames, the only reason I didn't give a 5 out of 5 is that I feel their communication could have been a little better. Before ordering I sent them a query but received no reply, time was short so had to bite the bullet and make the order based on the good reviews I've read, I received a few non-personal automated emails detailing the progress of my order but feel I was ignored when I reached out to them for advice. However I'm glad this didn't put me off but others might feel different.”

“Remarkably swift turnaround compared to similar outfits. Quality is also decent for the cost - not amazing, but better than anticipated. Certainly when compared to the cost of alternative frame providers, it was fantastic value for money. The website is slick, easy to use and simple to understand. Communication from the point of order to the point of delivery was great and much appreciated. My only gripe is that the frame came without rear mounts or hanging accessories, but that is a small price to pay. I would absolutely certainly use the service again and would happily recommend it to others.”

“Simple to add exact measurements of the picture on the website and all the frame adjustments were then made automatically. Frames arrived quickly and were extremely well packaged and protected. Good quality frames and workmanship. Can’t fault the final product.”

“Good quality and lots of choice, very happy with the final product. Postage was a bit expensive considering the delay though. Thorough protective packaging but perspex wasn't flat, it was bent against some of the metal clips - no real damage done but it should have been packed properly. Overall good though and would use again.”

“Very well packaged frame, best ever. Love my frame , it’s just what I wanted. Unfortunately totally my own fault, I miscalculated the measurements of the canvas I was framing. I now need to order a slightly larger size.!”

“On 30.5.20 I ordered a frame , the money was deducted from my account , the invoice emailed to me , but no frame has arrived and no email replied to ( no-one is answering the phone and so it is impossible to speak to a person ) HELP”

“Ordering process was very easy , website guides you all the way. I was kept up to date throughout the manufacturing process and the frame arrived within a good time. The frame and mount are well made and look great for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again”
