“What a great service. First the website was very easy to use and gave clear instructions for measuring and ordering what I needed - loads of choice. I needed a frame for a recently purchased print which was an unusual size. My custom made frame and mount was delivered in around a week. All the fixings I needed to wall mount were included too. Brilliant service and great product. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. I will certainly use them again.”

“Good value for money and I was kept up to date during the whole manufacturing process. I especially liked being able to upload the image I wanted to frame to see what worked best. Really pleased :)”

“An absolute pleasure to deal with you from start to finish. You kept me informed straightaway when there was a problem with your supplier saying there was a delay and that I could have a refund and go elsewhere if I couldn't wait. When the frame arrived it was extremely well protected by the packaging. The frame itself is first class and is mm perfect the picture fits really snug. I would definitely have no hesitation in using you again or recommending you to family or friends who are in need of a quality frame. Once again thankyou for a first class service.”

“I ordered a couple of frames made to my dimensions. It was very easy and the options were very detailed. Everything you could think of was available, like backing board and tape and the frames came with screws and hanging cord. The quality of the frames is very good and exactly what I wanted, just as the website showed. The frames arrived very well packaged and secure. I recommend picframes and will be using them again.”

“I was a bit nervous buying a picture frame that relied on me working out the measurements but the frame and mount fit perfectly and I'm very pleased with it. There are good instructions on the website on how to work out the sizing for the frame and the mount. It was very well packaged when it was delivered. I will be ordering another one soon that matches this one, both are for cross stitch pictures so slightly more difficult to frame than a photo, but it has worked out well so worth getting another one. I was kept informed by email of the stage the frame was at which was useful.”
