“I called early afternoon and a guy was here in about 90 mins. He was very pleasant and did an excellent job nice neat and tidy. Think his name was Louis? He deserves being complemented. It was a bit expensive but I expect that with such prompt service. Will use you again. Thanks”

“On monday I rang up for an engineer to come out for the following day as we had plasterers to come to our kitchen on the Wednesday. Got through on the phone first time paid £99 and the engineer came the next day (Tuesday) to take a radiator off the wall ready for the plasterer. The engineer appeared at the time allocated and also serviced my boiler. Found gas jets not properly burning and too much Cardon Monoxide. He reduced the gas pressure and installed a digital CO alarm. All for £154.80. Absolutely brilliant service. No point in calling anyone else.”

“When my kitchen plumbing failed they had someone out within the hour, the plumber (Nick) was friendly, courteous and very skilled, he offered good practical advice and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service and I highly recommend.”

“I had a leak in my shower Rob arrived on time and was efficient clean tidy and polite Rob knew his job and was able to reassure me which is a great help when there is water coming through the ceiling Although not the cheapest Rob was excellent I would recommend this company”

“Service was excellent. Made appointment over phone, paid with card and plumber came when he was supposed to. Received a call from the office to advise he was on his way too. He was quick, thorough and pleasant. Explained what he did and was very professional. Will use this company again for definite.”

“Very professional: call was quickly and efficiently answered, even though it was the Monday after Christmas, and one of the team arrived within three hours of the call, AND he phoned prior to arrival to let me know he'd be arriving in the next quarter of an hour. And the leaking water-pipe was sorted within ten minutes. I'd certainly recommend them - but I'd also recommend not getting a water-pipe leaking over Christmas, too.”

“I was quite desperate when my boiler broke down on Christmas Eve. I didn't think I'd have a hope of getting anyone to fix it before my pregnant daughter and son-in-law arrived for Christmas. I phoned several companies before I found Plumbingforce, none of whom had an appointment before December 29th. I was thrilled when Plumbingforce said they could send someone out. A delightful engineer - Andy - arrived when he said he would and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I can't say it was cheap but it was worth every penny to save my Christmas and I will definitely use Plumbingforce again in future.”

“Whilst I didn't get my original time due to workload issues, I was v impressed with the service with my early appointment the next day. The company actually wants to get a decent job done properly. Not the cheapest, but I am happy to pay a bit more to know the job has been done correctly. I would definitely use Plumbing Force again!”

“Arrived in the time stated and resolved the problem within the hour - Just. Plumber didn't have the part on his van but was happy to come into town and get it with me rather than travelling miles to their nearest supplier. It was expensive but then again it was Christmas Eve and this service was reliable and effective and I would use them again.”
