“Service was not good at all you all charge the customer extra for the work which is not done. And your operators were a joke as they are not helpful at all. Its a money making business.”

“Craig and Dean did an excellent job going above and beyond. Very trustworthy and neat workers with nice personalities. Company keeps in touch well and easy to deal with. Plumbing is always expensive and the bill was large but when you get good workers who do a good job and look after your house then it is worth every penny! Craig and Dean are a credit to Plumbingforce. Would recommend this company. Thank you all and especially Dean and Craig. Wish you well. Binaifer Motashaw”

“Very Disappointed with the After Sales service provided by Plumbing force. The work carried out by the engineer was of an acceptable standard, However, despite requesting Gas Safe certification at the point of order, following the servicing of my 3 boilers I was notified of remedial works, which in my view were both unnecessary and overpriced, I agreed to this remedial work on the understanding that certificates would then be forthcoming. Unfortunately, you continue to refuse to issue certificates that were promised on a number of occasions. Having had to pay up-front for this service, i now have have no comeback on your organisation.”

“Great response which was exactly what I was looking for! In the situation of my boiler being down, I was expecting to pay a little more for an emergency call out. I cannot fault the service from my initial phone call to the engineer leaving! Thanks”

“Scam company! Don’t give them your card details as they will charge you much more than you were expecting I’m awaiting for phone recordings to take the case to the court as I booked an engineer to connect hob only for the client and he was - without my authorisation- investigating the boiler and quoting for new one - instead of 1 hour he issued the report for 3! I should read the reviews before I called them! Please avoid this “company””

“Plumbingforce was called because of the unavailability of local plumbers. Their plumber arrived and was unable to do any work, because he could not locate the mains water valve feeding the house. He was on the premises for less than an hour and I was billed £153 which is an extortionate amount.”

“Called on the Thursday and an appointment was arranged for the next day, Time slot given was the normal 8 to 1pm ....and engineer arrived at 9.30. He did call to say he was on his way and was approx 20 minutes away. Very pleasant, helpful , explained the issues and solutions available for my boiler Pricing is very fair and reasonable ..would certainly recommend .”
