“After calling a local emergency company over a period of 2 days and being let down dramatically,I went back to the good old google board . Top of the web page was Plumbingforce, so I spoke to kelly green in live chat and explained my needs. She advised me to call and book for an engineer and took the relevant details etc...... After 30 mins from the the initial booking I received a text followed by a telephone call to say my engineer ( Lucas Laughton ) was 25 mins away from my house. When he arrived straight away he knew exactly what needed to be done and within minutes got on with the job. What a fast , efficient company this is . The call center , the engineer are very friendly , professional and super efficient. I’m in the middle of having a kitchen and bathroom fitted and came across a problem with the stop tap ( my oven couldn’t be fitted as this was in the way) , so work had come to a standstill. Lucas came to the rescue and within just over an hour work was completed ,made sure it was safe and the following morning the work men could continue with my renovation. If I’m ever in a jam again these guys are on speed dial !!!,!! The cost was so low too not what I was imagining paying at all, so much more cheaper than my local plumber that’s for sure. Thank you so much for eliminating my problem and bringing my stress levels right down.”

“Plumber was polite and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He also resolved another problem I was having with my hot water temperature at no cost. All in all an excellent experience.”

“Plumbing Force were due to attend the property 8-12 on a Saturday, rang Saturday to take payment then moved the time 12-6pm. Plumbing force did not come Saturday and moved the appointment to Monday, arrived, was at the property for 10mins with an answer 'I think it could be this' then left saying they would send a quote for the works, nothing has been sent. easiest £100 they made that Monday!”

“Plumbingforce were unable to keep within the time limits on the first appointment but were able to arrive within the time perameters on the second appointment. The chap who turned up, I think his name was either Gordon or Gary (he was a Scottish chap) was very thorough and efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. His manager also came, but I never knew his name, and he too was very helpful and pleasant. Bearing in mind the distance these two travelled to get there it was remarkable they arrived at all! They did not hurry the time there to leave and were both very good. Patrick Baily.”

“Michael was a great help. He provided information and for this reason I was able to get more work completed. He is an asset to Plumbingforce and a nice guy too. I am delighted with his speedy and excellent work. I did anticipate I would receive a txt, phone call the day prior to the work being completed. I only had a call to say Michael was running late. This aspect of the service could improve.”

“Came out same day to look at our boiler. Found the problem in 30sec. Parts had to be ordered so the problem wasn’t fixed until the next day, but even so the part had to be re-ordered (broken part had been sent) but still managed to get our heating back on.”

“Avoid at all costs! I had this company out to do some work. They replaced a part in my boiler, charged me plenty of money and then left me with no heating. (my heating was working fine before he came). I am then told someone will come back out but if they find it is a new problem, I will be charged the call out fee. (If there is a new problem, it is something they have caused)!!!! Refused to risk them charging me again so called out an independent plumber to be told that the work was not completed properly and he has fixed it for me. I will not be using this company again.”

“The engineer (Aiden) was extremely polite and helpful. Understood the boiler issue and sorted a temporary fix straight away. However, only rated 3 stars as have been waiting for a promised call on parts for a longer term fix, for sometime.”

“Service was not good at all you all charge the customer extra for the work which is not done. And your operators were a joke as they are not helpful at all. Its a money making business.”

“Craig and Dean did an excellent job going above and beyond. Very trustworthy and neat workers with nice personalities. Company keeps in touch well and easy to deal with. Plumbing is always expensive and the bill was large but when you get good workers who do a good job and look after your house then it is worth every penny! Craig and Dean are a credit to Plumbingforce. Would recommend this company. Thank you all and especially Dean and Craig. Wish you well. Binaifer Motashaw”
