“I had leaks from both toilets in the house, Sam identified both issues in seconds and set about fixing the problems, he also gave me advice on a problem with our kitchen tap. I had to call back two days later as one of the toilets was still leaking, Sam came back within a couple of hours and fixed the problem which derived from the first issue. If I hadn't have had to call back, this would have been a 5/5 review.”

“Came quickly and when they said they would. Sorted the problem quickly and thoroughly. Showed me how and why it had occurred and advised how to avoid a repeat. Left the job clean and tidy.”

“After some problems with an engineer not turning up as promised on a number of occasions, my boiler was finally mended. The office was really good with information giving, and did get an engineer out to sort the problem in the end.”

“very prompt and friendly service. engineer's work checked. Could have sent me an invoice rather than me chasing but it was sent instantly when requested. Kitchen had to be cleaned after event although engineer had tried hard.”

“Very quick service. Booked at 11am but after waiting all day they told me at 4:30 they would no longer be able to do it that day. Made me first appointment the following day and gave a labour discount. Also checked other bathrooms which was kind. Very efficient and clear despite initial mishap.”

“My tenant contacted me to say the hot water cylinder was leaking and water was coming through the ceiling. There were also two taps that were not in good working order. I contacted at least 3 similar organisations to Plumbingforce to compare prices and Plumbingforce price, though not cheap, offered the best value for money. Plumbingforce were speedy and efficient and the engineer kept me informed at all stages of the job. For example, on examining the job, the engineer let me know how much it would cost before proceeding and whether the parts to carry out the repair were available in-house. Their customer service team was also equally professional. I recommend their service.”
