“We didn't have any hot water due to an issue with the motorized valve in our central heating system. The engineer Plumbing Force sent, David Maxwell, was very friendly and efficient. While he was here he also identified some other genuine problems with other aspects of the gas system and was able to fix all these to a high standard. I really have nothing but good things to say about David. On the downside, the plumber arrived a day later than they originally said they would because they weren't able to get the part we needed to make the repair from their supplier in time. I have to knock them down to 4 stars for this, but it was over the bank holiday weekend so this problem might have been out of their control to some extent.”

“Very quick call out, especially for a bank holiday and or first day in the property after moving. The initial call staff were lovely who arranged the plumber. A gentleman called Gordon came to do the work. We quickly told us the issue and was very friendly and efficient. He did explain more work needed to be done but the only downside was the grumpy head office trying to negotiate further double time labour to be completed on a weekday during normal hours... Finally they seemed to be reasonable and agreed to the normal rate - the rest of the work has just been completed. Thanks very much Gordon and team!”

“Martin,the engineer was brilliant,fitted 2nd hand fire and removed my old fire no problem.But the quote did not say about the VAT.Over the phone I was told the charge would be £85 per hour,plus parts.I think that I should have been told the charge was £100 per hour,not£85.00 So I had to pay £50 more than I expected to pay.I feel I should have been told the quote did not include VAT. Bill.”

“Comms were good, arrived on time, and completed the job within an hour. The only issue was that I asked the plumber to install the shower riser rail only if he did not have to drill any holes. He installed it anyway and drilled new holes leaving an unsightly hole where the old riser used to be.”

“When the engineer finally arrived he did a thoroughly professional job. He was helpful, polite and asked if there was anything else that he could help with. However I was not happy with the information that I received from the office. I had to call them several times but at no stage could they supply me with an accurate time that the engineer would arrive. I was originally told that he would be with us between 14:00 and 17:00. But he had overran on a previous job and he didn't arrive until 19:30.”

“Unfortunately, the first plumber was held up late afternoon so the appointment was rescheduled for the next morning. The good news is Andy Nichols came the next morning and did a fabulous, very professional job. Very personable and great attention to detail. Left everywhere tidy. Highly recommend this company.”
