Very fast response which was appreciated. It would be nice to have parts on the van, rather than having the engineer drive to the nearest merchants, since this time was included in the price charged.

Good service. Booking through the office was fast and efficient. Andy the plumber turned up on time, friendly and professional, talked me through what was required and the job was completed quickly and the area left tidy on completion. First time I've used Plumbing Force and will do again in future.

After waiting in for the whole day to be told that the engineer couldn't visit until the next day, was obviously quite frustrating, but the overall experience from the actual plumber once he was here was brilliant. He was friendly, competent and explained things as he went along. Problem fixed within the hour which meant no additional labor costs. The service is quite pricy but having an engineer who was so lovely, kind of makes up for it.

Call centre got my phone number wrong so the engineer wasn't able to tell me he would be running late, but he still arrived within 4 hours of initial call. Complete strip and clean boiler but was not able to identify any specific cause of the burner not lighting - although in the end it was working perfectly. Expensive, but the engineer (Dave Maxwell) explained what he was doing and why and left the inside of the casing looking neater than it was before - and, of course, we had hot water again.

Booked in a boiler service, i was asked the time and day i wanted tgis was freat booked it in. Then i was called to rearrange three times for the same day but eventualy told the engineer could not attend till the next day again was was rearranged he eventualy cane and the service was fantastic the engineer was professional and very friendly i would definitely recommend him.

They got the job done! As we called them out in an emergency we had a technician here within the hour! Boiler needed a new valve! It cost over £600 so very expensive hence the four star not five! They charge £99 an hour that is also whilst going to get parts! So unless an absolute emergency shop around!

Steve was excellent, very helpful, turned up a bit late but had already called to let me know he was stuck in traffic. Only gave 4 stars as problem was going to be too expensive to repair. Steve was very honest and made some helpful suggestions as to how to resolve the problem.

Apart from a confusion over the time of booking we were happy with the way our boiler flue replacement was handled. Polite and competent engineer. On the expensive side, but overall a job well done.

My call to them was regarding a cooker installation, the engineer arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call. He was extremely courteous and professional in the way he went about his work, no playing for time which happens alot with hourly rate jobs. The only down side was the cost, but cannot fault Michael the engineer who attended.

We were given a time, which they had to change, but we were kept informed. When the plumber arrived (earlier than anticipated), he was friendly and extremely helpful and fixed our problem in no time. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Alex was extremely polite and very helpful. Diagnosed problem & within 5 days of that first meeting he had fitted a new boiler. Totally recommend & would use company again.
