“My call to them was regarding a cooker installation, the engineer arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call. He was extremely courteous and professional in the way he went about his work, no playing for time which happens alot with hourly rate jobs. The only down side was the cost, but cannot fault Michael the engineer who attended.”

“We were given a time, which they had to change, but we were kept informed. When the plumber arrived (earlier than anticipated), he was friendly and extremely helpful and fixed our problem in no time. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“This review would have been 5 star except for the fact that PlumbingForce weren't able to provide a plumber within the initial timescale. Having said that we didn't have an emergency and it didn't matter. They aren't cheap but having tried to get other plumbers and assorted time wasters to come and fix our problem I was happy to pay the asking price just to have someone come out that would actually turn up. We were lucky; we had the polite, knowledgeable and skillful Danny come out to fit our new shower which he did, quickly end efficiently and from that side of things Plumbingforce were very good and I would highly recommend them.”

“The safe gas engineer was excellent and I have no issues with him. The problem I had was being cancelled three days running. I know this is a busy time, but this was disappointing. However, I was kept informed all along the line.”

“Very quick and efficient, but £120 an hour is quite steep. Also the engineer did a quick fix to get round a problem and promised to phone back to arrange a time to sort out the problem correctly. We are still waiting for him to ring us back.”
