Quick response to my request for a quote. Installed the Saniflow Toilet and Hand Basin within the tight time constraints that I had. Although there was an initial installation problem due to a lack of clarity in the installation instructions which caused a delay, the Engineer came back on a Sunday to complete the installation process

Came on time. Did extra work that I asked for. Not much mess. Not cheap but glad of same day service on a Saturday.

Matt was very efficient and courteous. I like it when visitors take off their shoes without even asking. He checked everything thoroughly and I couldn't fault his attention to detail. What I wasn't so happy about was that I was told I would get a call 30mins before he arrived which would give me plenty of time to drive from Newdigate to Dorking to let Matt in. I rang your office twice to make sure that this would happen and gave them an additional tel no.Instead I get a call form Matt after he had just arrived in the car park and he said that he was not informed that he was supposed to call me 30 mins before. So I had to rush to get to Dorking so Matt would not be hanging around, this should not have happened and I was very surprised it didn't, especially when your price was higher than I could have paid. The work was good but the organisation did not work.Thank you Barry Wiles In

I hear the service provided today was very good, so thank you for this. Very good that your engineer called to confirm the action required, then implemented it. The only negative (and hence not full marks on the survey) is that you advertise yourselves as Emergency call out, and promised me someone on Saturday by 2pm. Eventually called the house at 5pm to say you weren't coming. Had I known this, I could have made alternative arrangements, and prevented subsequent plaster damage. So, great service today, but poor effort on Saturday

Engineer arrived when he said he would, and within 3 hours of call to the main number. He identified the issue and explained what the problem was, and resolved it within half an hour, testing the boiler, hot water and heating.

£118.80 is very expensive for six minutes work, but we knew it was a simple job. Problem was, we could not have done it ourselves now. We felt that it was a very efficient set-up. It is quick which, in the case of an emergency, is exactly what is needed. We had a time slot and that was confirmed later by the engineer who phoned prior to his arrival.

The plumber was very friendly and his assessment was clear and honest. The price was high, but on a par with other estimates I had researched. The booking service was clear, friendly and efficient ..... I was concerned at giving bank details, but this was understandable in a time of bank transfers rather than cheques. I would have preferred to pay by card on the day, had this been possible.

I was told someone would be with me within 3 hours and they were here in less than 2. The company phoned to tell me someone was on their way, The plumber was quick and every thing was checked to make sure it was in good working order.

I didn't read any reviews before I rang this company as at bye time I just needed a plumber as soon as. I was pleased with the response I had and they had no call out charge. I would use them again.
