“We had a leak in our office bathroom and the engineer stopped the leak and replaced the washer all within the hour. The only problem we had was that the engineer was supposed to arrive the day before but was held up somewhere else and we were not informed white 4:45pm when he was arriving between 1pm and 5pm.”

“Excellent plumber who did a first class job, my only critisim was that the appointment was late, although you did ring to keep me informed and explained why. Plumber also ensured job did not creep over 90 minutes, keeping my costs down. Would recommend.”

“Engineer arrived within 3hours of my request, as promised and completed the work as requested to my satisfaction. I would have preferred that he changed his shoes and laid his own dust sheets before starting work in my living room”

“This would have been a Very Good had the guy turned up between 10 and 1 as advised, arriving at just after 4pm with no update unless I chased. Lovely guy and did a good job”

“Leak repaired as requested. Chap arrived at time stated, didn't mess about, solved the problem , didn't make any mess. He was polite , helpful and I would use the service again if needed.”

“Overall was good, but was told on booking that someone would be with us between when we phoned and 5 pm, that didnt happen so had to phone at 5 pm then to be told it would be by 6 pm, 5 mins later the company phoned to say that it would be the next day now between 10am and 2 pm. Engineer came out next morning and sorted it out very satisfactory and was very pleasant.”

“Due to arrive by Friday 1pm, due to "late working on another job" actually arrived 3.15pm. However, engineer redeemed himself by relatively quickly identifying problem with seal in inner flue, which he then fixed. Boiler then working and so far continues to work. Well done Rob.”
