"Dear Sir \/ Madam. \r\n\r\nBefore I contacted you for an engineer to replace my divertor valve as it appeared to not be working correctly. \r\n\r\nAfter failing to turn up on numerous occasions , you still charged me for the engineer NOT turning up.??\r\n\r\nI still hoped to get it replaced.\r\nSo we waited and contacted your service centre for another attendance. \r\n\r\nAfter your final attendance and attempting to change the valve I find that to date you have charged me \u00a3400 and I am now worse off , after your repair ????\r\n\r\nI now have no hot water. I haven't had time to see if the heating works yet !\r\n\r\nI have contacted another company in the hope they know how to deal with a Viessmann condenser boiler.\r\n\r\nI feel you have over charged me for the service I have received. \r\n\r\nThey did reply to my message \ud83d\ude14 \r\nBut alas it basically said tough."

"Horrendous. Sent the wrong type of engineer, without experience on an oil boiler. All that needed fixing was a two port value, subsequently broke entire system. Hung around for three hours whilst I was working, so the company attempted to charge my account AGAIN for the pleasure of breaking the system, despite me not signing out the job as completed. Absolutely fraudulent. Am currently in a COLD house, waiting for another company on an emergency call out to fix it. Avoid at all costs."

"After calling a local emergency company over a period of 2 days and being let down dramatically,I went back to the good old google board .\r\nTop of the web page was Plumbingforce, so I spoke to kelly green in live chat and explained my needs.\r\nShe advised me to call and book for an engineer and took the relevant details etc......\r\nAfter 30 mins from the the initial booking I received a text followed by a telephone call to say my engineer ( Lucas Laughton ) was 25 mins away from my house.\r\n\r\nWhen he arrived straight away he knew exactly what needed to be done and within minutes got on with the job.\r\nWhat a fast , efficient company this is .\r\nThe call center , the engineer are very friendly , professional and super efficient.\r\nI\u2019m in the middle of having a kitchen and bathroom fitted and came across a problem with the stop tap ( my oven couldn\u2019t be fitted as this was in the way) , so work had come to a standstill.\r\nLucas came to the rescue and within just over an hour work was completed ,made sure it was safe and the following morning the work men could continue with my renovation.\r\n\r\nIf I\u2019m ever in a jam again these guys are on speed dial !!!,!!\r\n\r\nThe cost was so low too not what I was imagining paying at all, so much more cheaper than my local plumber that\u2019s for sure.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for eliminating my problem and bringing my stress levels right down."
