“The engineer was very polite and courteous. However I was a little surprised when he said he was a plumber and not electrically qualified. I made it clear when calling that there was a fault with a Megaflo system which obviously has electrical heating elements. I had to call an electrician to explain to him what Economy 7 was as he was baffled why there was no power supply to the element. He understood afterwards that Economy 7 worked on cheap electric and only comes on between 1am and 7.30am. However, he was not able to test his diagnosis of a faulty thermostat. I was always led to believe that to be able to work on Mega Flo systems you had to be specifically certified to do so and would know about Economy 7 etc. Hopefully the thermostat will cure the fault and we can again have hot water..”

“Called at 1.30 on Saturday because shower stopped working. Engineer booked for between 2 - 6 pm. I went to Do It All and bought shower unit. Called me at 3 to say he'd arrive in next half hour. Engineer Gary arrived 3.30, replaced shower unit. Was fast, efficient and polite.”

“I was moving out of my house and the toilet flush would not work properly. I had already paid another plumber to attend to this a month before. He had made a botched job of it. Plumbingforce came to my rescue and ensured that the new owners have no problems. I am grateful for their quick, efficient service.”

“We had a leak in our office bathroom and the engineer stopped the leak and replaced the washer all within the hour. The only problem we had was that the engineer was supposed to arrive the day before but was held up somewhere else and we were not informed white 4:45pm when he was arriving between 1pm and 5pm.”

“Excellent plumber who did a first class job, my only critisim was that the appointment was late, although you did ring to keep me informed and explained why. Plumber also ensured job did not creep over 90 minutes, keeping my costs down. Would recommend.”

“Engineer arrived within 3hours of my request, as promised and completed the work as requested to my satisfaction. I would have preferred that he changed his shoes and laid his own dust sheets before starting work in my living room”

“This would have been a Very Good had the guy turned up between 10 and 1 as advised, arriving at just after 4pm with no update unless I chased. Lovely guy and did a good job”
