“Dave Maxwell has just finished working at my property. He replaced my tap with minimum fuss and was very personable. He also explained what had happened to cause the damage and took time out to ensure everything was working correctly after finishing. A really nice guy and a credit to the company. Thank you for a quick response and speedy repair. Cheers Dave, Chris Hamilton”

“Martin Crook provided a great service. We needed an emergency plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen cold water supply. After being let down by two national firms, I called PlumbingForce. Martin was there within five hours (a bit later than planned, but he phoned to say that he would be late, which is fine). He did the job in half an hour, with no fuss or problems at all. He was really efficient, very friendly and not phased by the four dogs who came to greet him. He is going to send us a quote for some further, unrelated work that needs doing; we will definitely use PlumbingForce again. The first plumbing company I called was Rightio. They sent out a plumber who arrived at 6pm, said that the work would take 2-4 hours but that he finished work at 7pm, and then said that he was not competent to do the job, anyway, since he was principally a gas engineer. Then I called Able Group, who are unbelievably expensive and said that they would send someone between 8am and midday the next day. No-one arrived. I phoned at midday and was told that actually they did not have anyone available, and so nobody was coming. PlumbingForce charged less than half the amount that Able Group would have charged. I would recommend them really highly.”

“What a great service! Everything happened exactly as we were told it would. We received a call from the engineer one hour in advance of his arrival. He was on time, friendly, worked quickly and tidied up. All done in just under an hour! Fantastic. I would recommend and definitely use again.”

“The plumber arrived in the time that had been promised and sorted out the problem I had, quickly and effectively. Although it was expensive the job was done efficiently and effectively, for which I am very grateful. In an emergency I would use them again and recommend them to others.”
