“Completed the job in less time than was expected and to a high standard of quality. The engineer was running behind schedule but I was kept updated. Great service; price wise could be cheaper.”

“The plumber came very quickly and assessed the situation. He got a quote from the office which I accepted and he returned the following day to complete the job. The guy was friendly and explained what the problem was very well. My home was left clean and tidy on the completion of the job. The timings given on when the plumber would be on site were kept to - so no hanging around for someone either coming late or not turning up at all, which sometimes happens.”

“I'm glad that the plumber connected the wash machine as was a big job. The best part is that the plumber was available the same day and after an hour, amazing! Loved that I could pay by card too.Thank you!”

“Firstly. They called to advise there was somebody on the way and gave a time rather than us having to sit in waiting around. The engineer came, was very nice and chatty. Carried out the service- explained there were a couple of things that needed addressing, left it up to me to decide if I wanted him to carry out the work there and then or wether I wanted to leave it/get a second opinion etc. Wasn't pushy. Was happy to drive to the plumbing centre and get the parts required himself. Dave Maxwell- thanks very much. Great job.”

“Dave Maxwell has just finished working at my property. He replaced my tap with minimum fuss and was very personable. He also explained what had happened to cause the damage and took time out to ensure everything was working correctly after finishing. A really nice guy and a credit to the company. “Martin Crook provided a great service. We needed an emergency plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen cold water supply. After being let down by two national firms, I called PlumbingForce. Martin was there within five hours (a bit later than planned, but he phoned to say that he would be late, which is fine). He did the job in half an hour, with no fuss or problems at all. He was really efficient, very friendly and not phased by the four dogs who came to greet him. He is going to send us a quote for some further, unrelated work that needs doing; we will definitely use PlumbingForce again. The first plumbing company I called was Rightio. They sent out a plumber who arrived at 6pm, said that the work would take 2-4 hours but that he finished work at 7pm, and then said that he was not competent to do the job, anyway, since he was principally a gas engineer. Then I called Able Group, who are unbelievably expensive and said that they would send someone between 8am and midday the next day. No-one arrived. I phoned at midday and was told that actually they did not have anyone available, and so nobody was coming. PlumbingForce charged less than half the amount that Able Group would have charged. I would recommend them really highly.”
