“Great all-round service from Plumbingforce - from dealing with invoices and admin at head office - to superb heating engineer Ben Murray who expertly fitted a new boiler in my house. He arrived on time and on our agreed date, fitted it well, made good afterwards and cleaned up. Very easy to communicate with and responsive via phone and text. Highly recommended.”

“I have used Pimlico Plumbers a few times simply because you know you are getting a professional who really knows what they are doing. James did our boiler safety check today and again a service you expect when dealing with gas boiler, on time, knows what to do and hey presto! Job done. Thank you.”

“The plumber came very quickly and assessed the situation. He got a quote from the office which I accepted and he returned the following day to complete the job. The guy was friendly and explained what the problem was very well. My home was left clean and tidy on the completion of the job. The timings given on when the plumber would be on site were kept to - so no hanging around for someone either coming late or not turning up at all, which sometimes happens.”

“I'm glad that the plumber connected the wash machine as was a big job. The best part is that the plumber was available the same day and after an hour, amazing! Loved that I could pay by card too.Thank you!”

“Firstly. They called to advise there was somebody on the way and gave a time rather than us having to sit in waiting around. The engineer came, was very nice and chatty. Carried out the service- explained there were a couple of things that needed addressing, left it up to me to decide if I wanted him to carry out the work there and then or wether I wanted to leave it/get a second opinion etc. Wasn't pushy. Was happy to drive to the plumbing centre and get the parts required himself. Dave Maxwell- thanks very much. Great job.”
