“Booked an appointment with a timeslot. Just before the period was due to end they called to let me know that "their engineer had been delayed". Fact that I'd taken time off work didn't seem to register.”

“Plumbing Force came out straight away to give me a second opinion and repair quote after another engineer diagnosed a tricky gas leak behind plasterboard in our kitchen. When we booked in the repair, Gary the engineer was a model of efficiency and fixed everything in a timely, unruffled manner - even drilling holes through the exterior brickwork and running pipes neatly along walls both inside and out (the kitchen was left cleaner afterwards than it had been before, I think). I was also pleased by how polite the service was and that everything was clearly explained and checked with me at every stage. I will be using Plumbing Force again for any gas or plumbing related issues.”

“The site assessment visit seemed positive, lots of advice on the possibilities of correcting our plumbing and heating issues. No estimate for works given as was complicated and needed thought and planning. Was told that I would be contacted in a couple of days. Paid my £30, waited for 'quote' . That was 12 days ago. Feel cheated and let down. What exactly did I pay for?”

“Was very happy with the service provided by Plumbingforce. Rang up Monday morning, was able to book an engineer for the day and time required, and the job was done within an hour as specified. The gas fitter was polite and helpful, and the gas appliance was removed and the area made safe. Will definitely be using this company again.”

“Matt arrived on time (08.00) and did the boiler service most professionally. He was helpful with certain questions we asked and offered useful advice as regards gas appliance maintenance. Apart from calling me by my first name (everyone's different!) he was very focused and professional. Will certainly be using you again as the need arises and for gas appliance annual servicing.”

“The plumber was extremely efficient and even brought items for the sink installation in case they were missing! The work was done very professionally. We are very pleased with our new sink. Hope the plumber has a great holiday in a few weeks time. Top marks to Plumbingforce for employing the guy.”

“Initial visit was swift on a Monday evening. Informed needed a lot of repair circa £800 on immersion heater. Had to ring to chase parts on the Tuesday. They came back to me and I gave the go ahead for parts. Informed of Friday repair. Friday came no sign and had to ring only to be told engineer wasn't coming and would need to do next week. I'm now a week without hot water. Asked if I could try and get a Saturday visit the next day and after much debate and left feeling like an inconvenience they agreed. I was called the Saturday morning to be told parts hadn't actually arrived!!! Wouldn't arrive until the following Friday?? Seemed a bit of a coincidence however. How were the initial planned visits going to repair the problem so?? Just called today Wednesday to check status....advised parts should be here this Saturday for job. I just hope this Saturday the repairs will be completed and job finished. Have a feeling I will be hearing other excuses that day. Really poor customer service and I will be advising friends and family the same. If it was my business I would be bending over backwards to keep the customer in the loop and express courier parts to amend for the initial inconvenience.”
