Unreliable service and a wasted day and over priced go somewhere else

Booked a job twice with this company and both times they cancelled last minute. Had a 12-4 time slot today, didn't hear anything so called the company at half 4 and they said we will be with you by 6. Then get a phone call at 5 to say won't be coming at all. Careless attitude on the phone. save yourself the time and book a company that will actually show up!

Shocking service. Waited three days for a plumber! Each day they cancelled at the last minute. I lost tree days pay thanks to plumbing force

Scammed. Charged £200 for a £5 plastic pipe. Wrong diagnosis and an £800 bill for not fixing the saniflow problem. Fixed it myself in 1 hour.

Excellent service from person who answered the phone to the plumber who sorted the leak to toilet cistern. Arrived quickly, identified the problem, had parts on van that where necessary & id repair & left bathroom clean & tidy

I had a no show, as it is Saturday and gone 6 pm cant get a plumber till monday after waiting in all day only to be let down they said they would phone me 1/2 hour before they came but NO ONE turned up only a phone call at 5.45pm to say they can't come till monday as I have NO kitchen waste NO washing machine NO dish washer haven to use a bucket to wash up in and empty out side in the drain not fun er thanks for not doing any thing to help like you told me at 10,30am you would be here what a load of promises that you can't deliver

Plumber arrived at about 5:00 PM after a call to Plumbingforce earlier that day after being let down by another company . The work was carried out efficiently and quickly by a very nice Plumber and the charge was less than expected . I was very pleased with Plumbing force and would certainly recommend them .

Engineer arrived on time, was friendly, polite and helpful. He completed his investigation and gave his diagnosis within the initial callout period, then gave me his findings and some options / recommendations for further work that would be required but at no stage did he apply any pressure to sign up immediately but suggested I shopped around first, good man, he should be commended.

The engineer was very polite and courteous. However I was a little surprised when he said he was a plumber and not electrically qualified. I made it clear when calling that there was a fault with a Megaflo system which obviously has electrical heating elements. I had to call an electrician to explain to him what Economy 7 was as he was baffled why there was no power supply to the element. He understood afterwards that Economy 7 worked on cheap electric and only comes on between 1am and 7.30am. However, he was not able to test his diagnosis of a faulty thermostat. I was always led to believe that to be able to work on Mega Flo systems you had to be specifically certified to do so and would know about Economy 7 etc. Hopefully the thermostat will cure the fault and we can again have hot water..

A very quick and efficient service. Mark was knowledgeable and very helpful with the problem of our blocked outside drain, which had accumulated over years and was left with us as new owners. The service was expensive, but having it sorted out quickly and with a guarantee was well worth the expense..
