“The response to our call was very prompt. The engineer diagnosed the problems within 10 minutes, one of which had been unresolved following 2 previous visits from different repair companies. He returned the next working day with the parts and carried out the repairs speedily and efficiently leaving everything tidy. He also identified 2 other problems with the pipework and fixed them as well. We now have a fully working central heating system again - thank you.”

“Booking an appointment was simple and Plumbingforce phone and email communications were prompt and friendly. The availability of the engineering team was out of this world when compared with British Gas. The engineer that attended was efficient and professional and we were very pleased with his work. “I thought I had a gas leak from my cooker, rang Plumbing force who sent out an engineer, Anthony, within 2 hours. He checked my gas main and appliances for leaks and tracked it down to the old cooker. He uninstalled the cooker and checked again for leaks on the whole system. He was extremely thorough, kept me informed of each stage of the work and doubled checked everything. He left us with no mess at all, and helped to move the old cooker out of my way. I would recommend Plumbing force and especially Anthony whom I would suggest should be made engineer of the month !”

“I called to them because the pipes in the kitchen started to leak and there is no one who knows how to fix them. The engineer was able to arrive at our place and he was quick to fix the leaks! Very happy and satisfied with their service.”

“I am completely satisfied with the advice I received and with the work carried out by David Maxwell, a very pleasant and helpful Plumbingforce Engineer. The servicing of my boiler was far from straight forward, as I had in the past received very poor service from an engineer no longer working in this area. I received a detailed account of what had to be done. Having struggled for two years trying to cope with a very complicated thermostat, it is a great relief to now return to one I can understand. I have no hesitation in recommending Plumbingforce and in awarding them five stars. Anonymous”
