“Though they were not always able to get to the job when first stated, they kept in contact with myself throughout informing me of why and when they were running late to the appointment. Never had to chase once, have used on two separate occasions now and will definitely be using again.”

“Phoned in for leaking stopcock in upstairs flat on a Sunday afternoon. Plumber (Lee) attended first thing Monday morning. It was a difficult job in an awkward position but was tackled professionally and with good humour. After finishing and tidying up we were left with a phone number to call should there be any problems with the repair - there wasn't, it was a job well done.”

“This company is easy to work with and has great communication. When the boiler broke, we immediately searched for help but among the places we have called only this one was quick to comply. Sent their engineer to check our boiler on the same day. He was quick to fix the problem too. I am so glad to have found such a reliable service. Will definitely keep them in my list. Highly recommend.”

“The engineer arrived on the same day and a little earlier than expected which is great. Checked and fixed the leaks on the basement. He was really amazing. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their service to others.”

“Plumbing Force sent Dave Maxwell to fix my heating this morning, I was anxious to get it resolved at the start of the winter months. He turned up promptly with all the parts he needed and resolved the issue quickly. Dave was a friendly chap who helped me understand what the problem was and what he would do about it. He was also cost conscious and advised me of parts that needed replacing and parts that were safe/functioning but may need reviewing in future. Extremely happy with the service, will be in touch if we need help in future.”

“Plumber attended this morning very promptly to attend to boiler, he carried out a thorough check of parts to see what the issue was as to why it wasn`t working as it should. He found two items that required replacing but on further investigation, deemed that it would not be cost effective to repair the boiler as there were further issues that gave him concern, not safe to use, and said it would be more expensive to repair the boiler for the amount of time of it`s life left working, so advised about a replacement and also arranged all of this, and gave a date he would attend. At least happy to know where I am with this, it has been working non stop very well since installation fourteen years ago, this is the first time it has failed. I have been advised of a even better boiler to have fitted and am taking this option up. These things happen sometimes.”

“Turned up within a couple of hours of calling (Southampton) and fixed a leaky plug hole - efficient, friendly and honest. Will use again.”

“I had called for an engineer to check our boiler. He arrived on time as stated on the phone and was very knowledgeable. He honestly say that there wasn't any problems with our boiler and advice us to call again if we find something. Nice people and good service.”
