“Very efficient service from the operative named James.He arrived within the timespan,phoned 10 minutes before he arrived and was extremely friendly both on arrival and during his work. The only criticism I have is he didn't have the part and had to phone around to get one which added considerable time to the job and therefore to the cost. It would have been more customer friendly to wave some of the cost of the visit for incidents such as described. However, overall a job well done.”

“Quick to response. Showed ID on arrival. Explained exactly what was wrong he didn't have parts on the van so went to nearest outlet and got them so we could be warm. Over and above customer service. Would use again.”

“The engineer arrived on time to the appointment to fit our gas cooker. ( think he was called Dean Maxwth). He was very polite & efficient & we are very happy with the service he provided. Would definitely recommend.”

“Stop valve leaking & sheared. Plumber came out within a couple of hours of booking. Called before hand, when on way. Easy to talk to. Very nice guy. Quickly started job & fixed very quickly.”

“It was so easy to book an appointment.The engineer arrived on time and was very polite.He also did the job required very well. I did have a query two days later so I phoned Plumbingforce and the girl at the office said she would get the engineer to phone me which he did inside 15 minutes and answered the query for me. So in my experience a first class service.Thanks Plumbingforce”

“Your engineer, Craig Evans, did a highly professional job - fitting a bidet - from initial examination, accurate quote, to completion. He did it with the minimum of fuss, noise, drilling, and tidied up at all points of the job. He also explained all the relevant stages of the work. He was friendly and professional at all times.”

“The engineer Lee was outstanding. He went over and above what he needed to do. My elderly parents had their gas supply cut off, due to an internal gas leak which was discovered whilst ground works were being carried out in their street. Lee was able to establish the problem very quickly and contacted national grid as part of the leak was due to their ground work. He waited with my parents until national grid arrived and waited at the house until national grid had completed their work. Due to my parents being elderly, I was so grateful that Lee was there to put their minds at rest. Follow on work is needed by Plumbingforce which has been booked in as an emergency. I would highly recommend this company and as a landlord myself, I will be using them for any future works and servicing .”

“Mr Maxwell came out to do us a quote to fit a new boiler as ours was on its way out. He said he was free to fit the next day which we were delighted with. He turned up just after 8:40am, pretty much worked right through until 9pm and only taking a short time for lunch. His work ethic was unquestionable, he was polite and had an excellent level of workmanship. WE couldn't be more happier with Mr Maxwell. Superb service from him.”

“I requested plumbing force to send me James as he already worked on my boiler before. It was due for service. James serviced, fixed the dropping pressure & the leak problems that we had for ages with our boiler. We are greatly thankful to his work. We strongly recommend plumbing force”
