“Beware. 0 star rating. We had a leaking radiator. We called a company called Plumbing Force to fix the leak and remove the radiator. The idiot engineer they sent out removed the radiator but just shoved the leaking taps under the floorboards - probably thinking we wouldn't notice. When we called today to have this remedied, the engineer was rude and argumentative. Worse still when we phoned to complain, the manager Michelle Doherty was even more rude, not allowing us to speak and shouting at us. Also, she refused to give me a contact for the owner. Worse still they charged us £102 for this half job and offered to complete it for another £102. Share this post to prevent other potential customers from dealing with such a poor customer satisfaction ethic.”

“Only reason it was one star is because there's no zero. Told me to wait in four hours and then had no one to come out. Leaving me in a terrible situation whereas before I could've found someone else to do the job. Their response time claim is a complete lie!”

“Disgusting. Rang at 08:30 and was told the person was due to arrive before 12pm. Was called at 11:45 to say this would be delayed until 14:00. Asked to speak to the manager who spoke incredibly rudely and unprofessionally. Upon questioning the delay, he decided to throw his toys out the pram, cancel the job and hang up the phone. How pathetic.”

“The technician who came to our house was very professional and courteous. Fast in responding to our emergency call to fix our leaking pipe. He was calm and quick in rectifying the leak. Gave a reasonable price on it. I highly recommend Plumbingforce for any plumbing needs. They will not disappoint!”

“Called Plumbingforce as my boiler had broken down. Arrived within the time slot. Danny S turned up and carried out the works and had my boiler up and running again in no time. Great service, would use agin. Happy customer.”

“We've had to urgetly book a plumber to repair water leakage in our office. Plumbingforce sort it out and the plumber arrived 2 hours after the initial call. Sean was very professional and managed to allocate and solve the problem in the next hour. I was impressed that he had the required parts with him, which certainly helped and made any further visits unnecessary. Great service altogether.”

“We were kept informed about the arrival time of the plumber as there was a delay. The plumber was very polite and thorough when checking the shower pump even managing to replace and test a new shower mixer that we had. Excellent service at short notice and very good value for money. I will definitely use this company again.”

“I'm from another 'plumbing heating' company, and am sickened by the vast amount of 'keyboard warriors' that are moaning about nonsense. If you take a step back from your lives for one minute, and realise that sometimes things don't go to plan, you'll understand. Here's an example from my company.... I have 3 calls to do, my first is an 83 year old widow Mrs. Tailor...water is pouring through her ceiling. I am the only one that can fix this... I am the only one that can supress her anxiety... So i need to resolve this no matter what.... job no.2 Mr.Jenkins has a dripping tap....he's looking at his watch, as he has to be at work... I call him to say I'm going to be late & explain why.. He's not happy, I understand... But i HAVE to sort Mrs. Tailor... I won't even mention customer number 3, as I'll not have chance to reach them, i tell them that, but 3 hours later as Mrs.Tailor lives in a village with NO MOBILE PHONE reception, and all I'm thinking of is getting her resolved. You know why? Because she's on her own, she can't fix it, it's an emergency 🚨. I appreciate you need to get to work, but is your dripping tap going to cause you sleepless nights? If you could see the bigger picture....the one i see daily, perhaps you'd realise we're not a bad bunch... We're a caring bunch, that sometimes can't always tell you that we're struggling.”
