“I was panicking because we had a water leak. From the minute one of your staff answered the phone it was of help. Swift action was taken and a plumber arrived as promised. Very professional and helpful guy. Got the job sorted. Thanks. Will recommend you.”

“Immersion heater was broken so rang up in the morning to get it sorted as no hot water. Was told that they would arrive by 2. Didn't arrive - everntually turned up past 5pm. Plumber told us he wasn't told it was immersion heater problem so didn't have the parts. However said they would get out first thing tomorrow to fix around 9am latest 11. Waiting the next day no-one arrives ring up to be told that no-one will be with us that afternoon. We were booked with friends to go out so couldn't. As a Saturday no available appointments till Monday. So left w/o hot water for three days, when could have rung someone else and got it sorted on the Friday.”

“Con Artists. Do not use PlumbingForce!!! They came round to do a annual service. Then the engineer said that he had to turn the boiler off because of dangerous faults and that it would be £1700+vat to fix or get a new boiler tomorrow for £2000+vat. I was shocked because boiler has been working fine, but they are the experts so I trusted them. Engineer turned boiler off and left me with paperwork. So I call British Gas and in an hour they had my boiler up and running and gave me the all clear. DO NOT TRUST PLUMBINGFORCE!!!”

Hi, sorry if this it the case and we would welcome the opportunity to look into this for you. The only reason our engineer would turn off the boiler would be due to a potential situation as per Gas Safe regulations. If you could send over the report left by the attending engineer from British Gas with your name and details of both appointments to aftersales@plumbingforce.co.uk - we will investigate this as soon as possible.

“Comms were good, arrived on time, and completed the job within an hour. The only issue was that I asked the plumber to install the shower riser rail only if he did not have to drill any holes. He installed it anyway and drilled new holes leaving an unsightly hole where the old riser used to be.”
