“After several failed attempts to get other plumbers that left us without hot water for several days, at least Plumbingforce turned up promptly. The engineer put the boiler back together as left by the previous plumber in pieces and the heater fired up. He agreed that it was not quite right and had an intermittent problem (not the fan as previously suggested) but was honest enough to say that he could not pin-point it as it was working. He suggested we get the manufacturer to visit for diagnosis.”

“Rang to notify a leak from under a kitchen unit near the sink that I could not identify. Ok plumber here between 3 and 6 o'clock. They rang at 3.45 to say sorry held up please call to book tomorrow. Could only offer a four hour slot the following day between 8 and 12. I explained that they were originally coming today but cancelled but it made no difference. This is not good service.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Paid £500 for a job that a worker there agreed should have cost "£150 plus VAT at the most". Customer services ignored my complaint for over a month. When they did reply it was extremely rude and told me it was not my place to complain as i did not pay the bill myself (my workmen paid) I implore you not to use these Plumbers unless you wish to feel violated.”

“I rang for a Plumber on 19th at about 5.30pm and the appointment was made for between 9am and 12 noon on the 20th April. I was telephoned at 8.30am that a Plumber was on his way and he arrived at 9.30am. The Plumber's attitude and skill were exemplary. The work was done in under two hours and I am totally pleased with the work that was done. If I have any plumbing problems in the future I shall definitely contact Plumbingforce. Your Plumber also told me of your involvement with oil central heating/water heating boilers which I have noted for the future should the need arise.”

“A very pleasant and helpful young man arrived and explained everything before he started the work.He the did the work within the stated time and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. He did leave two wrenches behind which I would like to return.”

“Many thanks for rescuing me with a plumbing issue the same day I caused it, Stuart was professional and efficient and immediately fixed the problem .i will know who to call when the need arises . I am now banned from anything to do with water in the house , mick from margate with a very relieved wife.”

“Paul the engineer was very efficient , he checked the boiler and found it was not faulty and then tracked down the problem the gas meter had shut of, and we got it dealt with and then he checked everything to make sure it was all safe, a very pleasant and friendly young man.”

“Unfortunately Plumbingforce weren't able to deal with the problem with my Saniflo toilet on the day I called as we were heading into the Easter weekend. But scheduled an appointment immediately after the weekend. The Engineer, Steve, was excellent and called to say when he'd arrive at the property and dealt with the problem efficiently.”

“Although a bit expensive the same day service was excellent and the engineer was very cooperative. He serviced the boiler and then sourced new a control unit locally and fitted it. He knew what he was doing! Thanks Adam!”
