“Brilliant service, came out super quick when I woke up to having no heating or hot water. The engineer David Maxwell was super efficient, helpful and polite. Got everything back up and running and gave me some good advice going forward and advised how long it would take to get the part in should it need replacing in future. Very pleased”

“Very impressed with all aspects of my contact with this company, from the initial "live" chat to the completion of the job. Engineer attended within 45 minutes of my first contact and completed the job very efficiently.”

“Stephen was great, very friendly and found the fault that was causing the leak I suspected. Luckily for me he was able to move the washing machine and I think that took about 90% of the time he was here as it was properly jammed in to a very tight space! He temporarily sorted things so the leak stopped but did not carry the required spare part. In the event I think this was for the best. He gave some good advice for when I search for a new machine.”

“Engineer Phil Harris was very professional, tidy and explained everything that needed doing. Extremely satisfied with the service and even tho a little delayed in appointment time I was kept up to date by telephone prior to and then notified when the engineer was on route.”

“I had an emergency in a rental in High Wycombe. I contacted Plumbing Force. They came ou5 to the problem within four hours. The engineer called me with his recommendation in great detail. I was very pleased with the quick response and the efficient work. I will definitely use them again”
