“Arrived on time, Steve was brilliant, very informative, professional and polite. Found the problem and advised me as to what I should do, all this was done in under an hour. Very pleased with the service I received.”

“Brilliant. Arrived slightly later than the 3 hours but it didn't matter and they called to let me know and the name of the engineer attending, which was good. Initial problem fixed very quickly and they also fixed a couple of other legitimate issues I wasn't aware of within the 1 hour call out rate. The engineer (Danny) was very good and helpful. Looks like I've stumbled across my new emergency plumbing company.”

“My 5 stars purely goes to the engineer who came out ,Matt from Warickshire .He was extremely polite and quick to sort the problem .Sadly I found the call centre not to be as helpful and they really were not bothered that my appointment was put back so much .Matt is an asset to Plumbingforce .Thank you Matt”

“Very happy with the assessment of what was wrong, and it was fixed very quickly. Also Steve helped me with some explanations of "plumbing"that I needed to know, as I am not from UK. Altogether very professional and friendly.”

“Keith was great. He arrived promptly, had the knowledge and knew that boilers that fail can be very expensive to repair. So I am sure he would have fixed it on the day but obtaining parts that had failed were not on the shelf so only left leaving me with a wait for the parts and another visit by a plumber to fit them. Your service is then the best that can be achieved without a whole factory of spares on board your van. Thanks again...David.”

“We returned to a very cold house the night after our wedding and quickly realised that the hot water was not circulating through the heating system even though the boiler fired up. A phone call to Plumbingforce the next morning resulted in a promise that we would be contacted with a time for a visit by 3pm. That call came at 1.30pm and the engineer arrived at 3.15pm. Fortunately he carried a spare pump and valves, and was able to drain down the system, change the pump, fill up and re-commission in just two hours. Ben kept me informed and explained the procedure as he went along, without attempting to waffle or baffle with bullshit. A very clean, efficient and polite gentleman who would get a lot more of my business if he did not live so far away. A very satisfactory outcome. Thank you.”

“Steve came out to us at 8 in the evening(we live in Bristol and he lives in Whitney, oxford) to look at our boiler. He instantly knew the problem but had no parts to fix it there and then. He said he would source the part first thing in the morning for us. As promised, he rang us up again in the morning and due to work commitments volunteered to come in on Saturday to fix it. A very honest and commited gentleman who was polite and obviously cared about the customer. Highly recommend him.”

“Fabulous service. They were later than first agreed, however they rang me to tell me, and then rang again to let me know they would be 30 mins. I was told the name of the guy that would be coming. He was fabulously helpful - thanks Craig. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“I have to say Plumbing Force were brilliant. The guys at the office on the phones were so helpful and sent Ben out to me right away. I failed to mention that I had a back boiler so Ben could not fix my problem but he did get my hot water on and then on my next day off of work an other gentleman called Ben came to carry on the job. He was completely thourough and detected the problem right away as well as finding a gas leak and then solving the problem. It wasn't cheap. I ended up paying over £500 however in the long run they have saved me a fortune. Over the past year I've paid for so many cow boys who have come out and temprarally fixed the problems with my boiler but not permantly solved the issues. I wished I'd called Plumbing Force right from the beginning. I would 100% recommend them. They are extremely safe and get right to the bottom of any problems with the best solutions and have put my mind at rest. Thank you.”

“This company does exactly what it says it will do. Excellent service and a huge thank you to Michael the engineer who attended my property yesterday and returned today to fit a new gas fire in the exact time he said it would take. A great job and all left clean and tidy.”
