“Our usual Plumbers gave us a two week waiting time and since we had no hot water I didn't want to wait longer. I sourced the spare part online and then rang and was given a window of time that suited me, that same day. At one point the office rang to say he would be with me in half an hour but it was more like an hour before he arrived they would have been better not to call than to call with inaccurate information. That said he was within the window of time originally given, so it was all good. He arrived within the given time slot, I signed him on on his phone to start the clock, he did the job, I signed to say he had done it and he left. He was polite and pleasant and didn't spin it out longer than necessary, which when you are paying hourly is important. Our new bath tap mixer is working very well and I am very happy with the work they did.”

“Had a boiler replaced by Gabriel of PlumbingForce. Excellent service, worked very tidily and evening hours to get the job done over two days as originally promised. Was important as had a 3 week old baby in the house so needed the heating back on stream quickly.”

“I was in a last minute panic to get my boiler serviced before a house move and Plumbing Force were so helpful and friendly, fast attendance (next day) and liaised with the estate agent and all I had to do was pay the bill. Much easier and less stressful than I imagined it would be. Top marks.”

“I received a call back from plumbing force within a short amount of time of submitting my form. I spoke to Holly on the phone who was very helpful and polite. She answered all of my questions and was very professional. We were able to arrange a plumber, Phill, to come over the same day and he was on time and very helpful. Phill ran us through what he was going to do and he did everything in a professional and timely manner. He had completed the jobs within an hour, explained our receipt to us and had us sign him out as soon as he had completed and explained everything. We will definitely be using plumbing force again. They are a fantastic company :)”
