“Knowledgeable and polite plumber. Kevin was good at identifying the problem and offering multiple solutions depending on the available budget. A bit of hick-up to get him to visit fast enough, but he paid a lot of attention to the details, thus completely worth the one day push out we got.”

“Bird (turned out it was 3 fledglings) trapped behind gas fire. Gas engineer came out promptly dismantled the gas fire surround, helped with bird release and tidy up. Nice guy, prompt and thorough. 3 young birds are alive because of your efforts”

“The plumber (Jordan) was very pleasant and considerate. He seemed to know what was needed and did his work with a minimum of fuss. The rest of the service was also very professional. Assuming that the matter is now permanently fixed, I feel I cannot but award you 5 Stars. This is only for your purposes and NOT for publication.”

“I have booked twice through plumbing force. Both times given a time slot for me to be in and wait for the engineer to arrive. Both times I have been sat left waiting. 5 hours after my time slot began, I rang head office for the 4th time today to be told 'unfortunately we won't get anyone out to you today'. Being offered the opportunity to re-book wasn't gratefully received as I can't afford to be sat around for another day waiting for an engineer to not arrive whilst my shower is pouring out water. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere”

“Andy Nichols came out twice - once to remove a radiator so I could decorate and once to replace it. He was friendly, courteous and always professional. He worked efficiently even with my 6 year old watching him. All mess was cleaned up afterwards. The only 'niggle' was that the call from the office to say he was on his way didn't give an ETA second time round so I was waiting for an hour. Otherwise great.”

“Very quick out within the hour had a phone call to say they were on the way, once here job done quick no messing around only thing thought the parts were included in the 1st hour but never mind would use again.”

“They came out to fit a gas hob the man said that he needed to get a bit for the cooker and took his time he spent a lot of time on his mobile outside my house to his friends a job that should have took a hour took two because he was taking his time to make it go over the hour cost a lot of money .”
